On the west will be the divisions of the camp of Ephraim under their standard. The leader of the people of Ephraim is Elishama son of Ammihud.

The groups of the camp of Ephraim will be on the west side. They will be under their flag. The leader of the tribe of Ephraim is Elishama, the son of Ammihud.

“ On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim by their companies, the chief of the people of Ephraim being Elishama the son of Ammihud,

“ The divisions of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Benjamin are to camp on the west side of the Tabernacle, beneath their family banners. These are the names of the tribes, their leaders, and the numbers of their registered troops: Tribe Leader Number Ephraim Elishama son of Ammihud 40,500

Ephraim’s military divisions will camp on the west side under their banner. The leader of the Ephraimites is Elishama son of Ammihud.

“ On the west side shall be the flag of the camp of Ephraim by their armies; and the leader of the sons of Ephraim: Elishama the son of Ammihud,

“ On the west side shall be the standard of the forces with Ephraim according to their armies, and the leader of the children of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.”

On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their hosts: and the prince of the children of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.

Ephraim’s military divisions will camp on the west side under their banner. The leader of the Ephraimites is Elishama son of Ammihud.

On the west side[ shall be] the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their armies: and the captain of the sons of Ephraim[ shall be] Elishama the son of Ammihud.

“ On the west will be the divisions of the camp of Ephraim under their standard. The leader of the people of Ephraim is Elishama son of Amihud.

“ On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their divisions. The prince of the children of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud.

凡從以法蓮纛者、循其行伍遄征、亞米忽子以利沙馬統以法蓮軍。

約瑟有二子、分為支派二、屬以法蓮支派、亞米忽子以利沙馬。屬馬拿西支派、比大蓿子迦馬列。

以色列以右手按季子以法蓮首、左手按長子馬拿西首、非出無意。為約瑟二子祝嘏、曰、昔我祖父亞伯拉罕以撒所崇事之上帝、我生及今牧我之上帝、拯我出患難之天使、願錫嘏童蒙、當為吾子、為吾祖父亞伯拉罕以撒子孫、使昌熾於地。○約瑟見父以右手按以法蓮首、意有不悅、乃舉父手、欲自以法蓮首、移於馬拿西首、曰、吾父不可、此乃長子、請按右手於其首。父不許、曰、吾子、我知之矣。此子亦將昌大、為一族之祖、惟季必超越於長、其裔必為群族祖。是日以色列為二子祝嘏、曰、斯後以色列族將為人祝曰、願上帝使爾福祉、若以法蓮、馬拿西然。於是立以法蓮於馬拿西之先。○

牛二、牡綿羊五、牡山羊五、未盈歲之羔五、為酬恩祭、皆以利沙馬所獻。○

七日、以法蓮牧伯、亞米忽子以利沙馬獻禮物、

大漢生拉但、拉但生亞米忽、亞米忽生以利沙馬、以利沙馬生嫩、嫩生約書亞。

其榮如牛之首生、其角如兕角、以將抵觸異邦、至於地極、所謂以法蓮之萬人、馬拿西之千人、即此。

以色列之牧者、導約瑟一族、若導群羊兮、請聽我祈、爾居𠼻𡀔［口氷］間、彰爾榮光兮、在以法蓮便雅憫、馬拿西前、奮爾之力、臨格以援予兮、

我未至埃及、爾所生二子以法蓮、馬拿西、當視為吾子、比之流便、西面。

約瑟生二子、分為支派二、以法蓮子孫、循其世系宗族、依其名數、自二十歲以上、能臨陳者、

我聞以法蓮哭曰、昔予如放逸之犢、爾督責予、而我受責、爾耶和華乃我之上帝、俾我悛改。我既悛改、悔於厥衷、我既受教、擊髀浩嘆、幼時已干罪戾、既長更負愆尤、含羞抱愧、無地可容。耶和華曰、以法蓮豈非我之赤子、我所眷愛者哉、予責之、輒生憐念、予矜憫為懷、復加以撫恤。
