他們大禍臨頭了！他們步了該隱的後塵，為謀利而重蹈巴蘭的謬誤，又像可拉一樣因叛逆而滅亡。

列邦挖了陷阱卻自陷其中，設下網羅卻纏住自己的腳。

上帝啊，你必把惡人送進滅亡的坑裡。嗜血成性的騙子必早早夭亡。但我要信靠你。

求你不要讓洪水淹沒我，深淵吞滅我，墳墓吞噬我。

耶和華啊，求你快快應允我！我已絕望，求你不要掩面不顧我，不然我必和下墳墓的人無異。

「人子啊，為埃及的百姓哀哭吧！我要把她與各強國的人民一同送入陰間。

巴比倫王啊，你下到陰間，陰間興奮地迎接你，那些在世上做過君王和首領的陰魂都從座位上站起來迎接你，

「北方的諸王和所有的西頓人也在那裡，雖然他們力量強大，令人恐懼，卻羞辱地與被殺的人下到了陰間。他們未受割禮，與喪身刀下的人躺在一起，與下墳墓的人一同蒙羞。

可是，你必墜入陰間，掉進死亡的深坑。
