「如果有人獻素祭給耶和華，要用細麵粉作祭物。要在細麵粉上澆油、加乳香，

「以下是獻素祭的條例。「祭司——亞倫的子孫要在祭壇前向耶和華獻素祭。

「第八天，他要帶來兩隻毫無殘疾的公羊羔、一隻毫無殘疾的一歲母羊羔、三公斤作素祭的調油的細麵粉和一杯油。

同時獻上素祭——一公斤細麵粉調上一升油。這是在西奈山上規定的日常燔祭，是獻給耶和華的馨香火祭。與每隻羊羔一同獻上的還有一升酒，要將酒灑在聖所作為獻給耶和華的奠祭。傍晚獻羊羔時，也要像早上一樣同時獻上素祭和奠祭，作蒙耶和華悅納的馨香火祭。

加上油和乳香。這是素祭。

他們必騎著馬、駕著車、坐著轎、騎著騾子或駱駝，把你們的弟兄從各國帶到我的聖山耶路撒冷，作為供物獻給耶和華，好像以色列人用潔淨的器皿把素祭帶到耶和華的殿中。這是耶和華說的。」

萬軍之耶和華說：「從日出之地到日落之處，列國必尊崇我的名。世上每個角落都有人向我焚香，獻上潔淨的供物。因為我的名必受列國尊崇。

在外族人中作基督耶穌的僕人和上帝福音的祭司，好叫外族人藉著聖靈得以聖潔，可以作上帝喜悅的祭物。

同獻的素祭是一點七公斤細麵粉，調上一點三升油。獻給耶和華的這種素祭是永久不變的律例。

不可忘記行善和幫補別人，因為這樣的祭是上帝所喜悅的。

橄欖樹說，『我怎能因為貪圖凌駕於眾樹之上而停止出產用來尊崇神與人的橄欖油呢？』

至於素祭，不論是用爐烤的，還是用平底鍋或煎鍋做的，都要歸主持祭禮的祭司。但調油的或乾的素祭要歸亞倫的子孫，由他們均分。
