『你呢、我兒所羅門哪，你要認識永恆主你父的上帝，全心樂意地事奉他，因為永恆主究察萬人的心，他明白一切思想的計畫。你若尋求他，他就給你尋見；你若離棄他，他就永遠屏絕你。

大利拉說：『參孫哪，非利士人來拿你來了。』參孫睡醒了來，心裏說：『我要像前幾次出去運動運動』；卻不知道永恆主已經離開了他。
