And they will tell the inhabitants of this land about it. They have already heard that you, Lord, are with these people and that you, Lord, have been seen face to face, that your cloud stays over them, and that you go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night.

And the Egyptians will tell the people who live in Canaan about it. Lord, they have already heard a lot about you. They’ve heard that you are with these people. They’ve heard that you have been seen face to face. They’ve been told that your cloud stays over them. They’ve heard that you go in front of them in a pillar of cloud by day. They’ve been told that you go in front of them in a pillar of fire at night.

and they will tell the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, O Lord, are in the midst of this people. For you, O Lord, are seen face to face, and your cloud stands over them and you go before them, in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.

Now if you destroy them, the Egyptians will send a report to the inhabitants of this land, who have already heard that you live among your people. They know, Lord, that you have appeared to your people face to face and that your pillar of cloud hovers over them. They know that you go before them in the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night.

They will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that you, LORD, are among these people, how you, LORD, are seen face to face, how your cloud stands over them, and how you go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.

万民听见就战抖；疼痛抓住非利士的居民。

耶和华与摩西面对面说话，好像人与朋友说话。摩西回到营里去，他的年轻助手嫩的儿子约书亚却没有离开会幕。

耶和华在山上，从火中，面对面与你们说话。

约旦河西亚摩利人的众王和靠海迦南人的众王，听见耶和华在以色列人前面使约旦河的水干了，直到他们过了河，众王因以色列人的缘故都胆战心惊，勇气全失。

你还是有丰富的怜悯，不把他们丢弃在旷野。白昼，云柱不离开他们，仍引导他们行路；黑夜，火柱仍照亮他们当行的路。

他白日用云彩，终夜用火光引导他们。

耶和华走在他们前面，日间用云柱引领他们的路，夜间用火柱照亮他们，使他们日夜都可以行走。日间的云柱，夜间的火柱，总不离开百姓的面前。

雅各就给那地方起名叫毗努伊勒，说：“我面对面见了神，我的性命仍得保全。”

从来没有人见过神，只有在父怀里独一的儿子将他表明出来。

白昼你用云柱引导他们，黑夜你用火柱照亮他们当行的路。

我与他面对面说话，清清楚楚，不用谜语，他甚至看见我的形像。你们为何批评我的仆人摩西而不惧怕呢？”

他们拔营往前行，日间有耶和华的云彩在他们上面。

在他们所行的路上，在以色列全家的眼前，白天，耶和华的云彩在帐幕上，黑夜，有火在云彩中。

对他们说：“我知道耶和华已经把这地赐给你们了，并且我们也都惧怕你们。这地所有的居民在你们面前都融化了。因为我们听见你们出埃及的时候，耶和华怎样在你们前面使红海的水干了，并且你们怎样处置约旦河东的两个亚摩利王，西宏和噩，把他们完全消灭。

以后，以色列中再没有兴起一位先知像摩西的，他是耶和华面对面所认识的。

立起帐幕的那日，有云彩遮盖帐幕，就是法柜的帐幕；从晚上到早晨，云彩在帐幕上，形状如火。经常都是这样：云彩遮盖帐幕，夜间云彩形状如火。云彩几时从帐幕上升，以色列人就几时起行；云彩在哪里停住，以色列人就在哪里安营。以色列人遵照耶和华的指示起行，也遵照耶和华的指示安营。云彩在帐幕上停留多久，他们就留在营里多久。云彩在帐幕上停留许多日子，以色列人就遵照耶和华的吩咐不起行。有时云彩在帐幕上只停了几天，他们就遵照耶和华的指示留在营里，也遵照耶和华的指示起行。有时云彩从晚上留到早晨；早晨云彩上升，他们就起行。无论是白天是黑夜，当云彩上升的时候，他们就要起行。

他铺张云彩当遮蔽，夜间使火光照。

耶稣对他说：“腓力，我与你们在一起这么久了，你还不认识我吗？看见我的就是看见了父，你怎么还说‘将父显给我们看’呢？

我们现在是对着镜子观看，模糊不清；到那时，就要面对面了。我如今所认识的有限，到那时就全认识，如同主认识我一样。
