The LORD answered Moses,“ If her father had merely spit in her face, wouldn’t she remain in disgrace for seven days? Let her be confined outside the camp for seven days; after that she may be brought back in.”

耶和华对摩西说：“她父亲若吐唾沫在她脸上，她岂不蒙羞七天吗？现在要把她在营外关锁七天，然后才可以领她进来。”

耶和华对摩西说：“她父亲若吐唾沫在她脸上，她岂不蒙羞七天吗？现在要把她隔离在营外七天，然后才领她回来。”

耶和华对摩西说：“如果她父亲在她脸上吐唾沫，她岂不也要蒙羞七天吗？现在把她关在营外，七天后再让她回来。”

耶和华对摩西说：“如果她的父亲吐唾沫在她脸上，她不是要蒙羞七天吗？现在把她关在营外七天，然后才让她回来。”

永恆主對摩西說：『她父親若吐唾沫在她臉上，她不是要蒙羞七天麼？把她關閉在營外七天，然後才可以收她回營。』

耶和華曰、若彼父唾於其面、豈不蒙羞七日乎、必禁之營外、歷至七日、然後可導之入、

主諭摩西曰、若其父唾於其面、必蒙羞歷七日、當禁之於營外、至於七日、然後入營、

The Lord replied to Moses,“ If her father had spit in her face, would she not have been in disgrace for seven days? Confine her outside the camp for seven days; after that she can be brought back.”

The Lord answered Moses. He said,“ Suppose her father had spit in her face. Then she would have been put to shame for seven days. So keep her outside the camp for seven days. After that, you can bring her back.”

But the Lord said to Moses,“ If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut outside the camp seven days, and after that she may be brought in again.”

But the Lord said to Moses,“ If her father had done nothing more than spit in her face, wouldn’t she be defiled for seven days? So keep her outside the camp for seven days, and after that she may be accepted back.”

But the Lord said to Moses,“ If her father had only spit in her face, would she not be put to shame for seven days? Have her shut outside the camp for seven days, and afterward she may be received again.”

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ If her father had but spit in her face, would she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut out of the camp seven days, and afterward she may be received again.”

And Jehovah said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut up without the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.

And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in[ again].

The LORD said to Moses,“ If her father had only spit in her face, would she not have been disgraced for seven days? Shut her out from the camp seven days, and afterward she can be brought back in again.”

Yahweh said to Moses,“ If her father had but spit in her face, shouldn’t she be ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside of the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.”

then his sister-in-law will go up to him in the sight of the elders, remove his sandal from his foot, and spit in his face. Then she will declare,‘ This is what is done to a man who will not build up his brother’s house.’

They despise me and keep their distance from me; they do not hesitate to spit in my face.

“ Command the Israelites to send away anyone from the camp who is afflicted with a skin disease, anyone who has a discharge, or anyone who is defiled because of a corpse.Send away both male or female; send them outside the camp, so that they will not defile their camps where I dwell among them.”

I gave my back to those who beat me, and my cheeks to those who tore out my beard. I did not hide my face from scorn and spitting.

The one who is to be cleansed must wash his clothes, shave off all his hair, and bathe with water; he is clean. Afterward he may enter the camp, but he must remain outside his tent for seven days.

Furthermore, we had human fathers discipline us, and we respected them. Shouldn’t we submit even more to the Father of spirits and live?

Then Azariah the chief priest and all the priests turned to him and saw that he was diseased on his forehead. They rushed him out of there. He himself also hurried to get out because the LORD had afflicted him.So King Uzziah was diseased to the time of his death. He lived in quarantine with a serious skin disease and was excluded from access to the LORD’s temple, while his son Jotham was over the king’s household governing the people of the land.

Then they spat in his face and beat him; others slapped him

“ The person who has a case of serious skin disease is to have his clothes torn and his hair hanging loose, and he must cover his mouth and cry out,‘ Unclean, unclean!’He will remain unclean as long as he has the disease; he is unclean. He must live alone in a place outside the camp.

He has made me an object of scorn to the people; I have become a man people spit at.
