When they came there to the hill, there was a group of prophets to meet him; then the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.

for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.

Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries.But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.

While he was saying this, a cloud came and overshadowed them; and they were fearful as they entered the cloud.And a voice came out of the cloud, saying,“ This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!”
