Dan’s troops went last, marching behind their banner and serving as the rear guard for all the tribal camps. Their leader was Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.

这就是按着宗族，但的众子：属书含的，有书含族。按着宗族，这就是但的各族。按照他们被数的，书含全宗族共有六万四千四百名。按着宗族，亚设的众子：属音拿的，有音拿族；属亦施韦的，有亦施韦族；属比利亚的，有比利亚族。比利亚的众子：属希别的，有希别族；属玛结的，有玛结族。亚设的女儿名叫西拉。这就是亚设子孙的各族；他们被数的共有五万三千四百名。按着宗族，拿弗他利的众子：属雅薛的，有雅薛族；属沽尼的，有沽尼族；属耶色的，有耶色族；属示冷的，有示冷族。按着宗族，这就是拿弗他利的各族；他们被数的共有四万五千四百名。这就是以色列人中被数的，共有六十万零一千七百三十名。

第十天是但子孙的领袖，亚米沙代的儿子亚希以谢。

“你要记得你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力在路上怎样对待你，在路上迎击你，趁你疲乏困倦时击杀所有在你后面软弱的人；并不敬畏上帝。

这样，必有光如晨光破晓照耀你，你也要快快得到医治；你的公义在你前面行，耶和华的荣光必作你的后盾。

“在北边，按照他们的队伍是但营的旗帜。但人的领袖是亚米沙代的儿子亚希以谢，他的军队被数的有六万二千七百名。在他旁边安营的是亚设支派。亚设人的领袖是俄兰的儿子帕结，他的军队被数的有四万一千五百名。还有拿弗他利支派，拿弗他利人的领袖是以南的儿子亚希拉，他的军队被数的有五万三千四百名。凡属但营被数的共有十五万七千六百名；他们随着自己的旗帜行在最后。”

但必为他的百姓伸冤，作为以色列支派之一。但必作道旁的蛇，路边的毒蛇，咬伤马蹄，使骑马的人向后坠落。

你们出来必不致匆忙，也不致奔逃；因为耶和华要在你们前头行，以色列的上帝必作你们的后盾。
