Finally, the groups of the camp of Dan started out. They marched out under their flag. They followed behind all the other groups and guarded them. Ahiezer was their commander. He was the son of Ammishaddai.

Dan’s troops went last, marching behind their banner and serving as the rear guard for all the tribal camps. Their leader was Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.

按着家族，但的众子：属书含的，有书含族。按着家族，这就是但的各族。照其中被数的，书含所有的各族，共有六万四千四百名。按着家族，亚设的众子：属音拿的，有音拿族；属亦施韦的，有亦施韦族；属比利亚的，有比利亚族。比利亚的众子：属希别的，有希别族；属玛结的，有玛结族。亚设的女儿名叫西拉。这就是亚设子孙的各族，照他们中间被数的，共有五万三千四百名。按着家族，拿弗他利的众子：属雅薛的，有雅薛族；属沽尼的，有沽尼族；属耶色的，有耶色族；属示冷的，有示冷族。按着家族，这就是拿弗他利的各族；他们中间被数的，共有四万五千四百名。以色列人中被数的，共有六十万零一千七百三十名。

第十日来献的是但子孙的首领、亚米沙代的儿子亚希以谢。

“你要记念你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力人在路上怎样待你。他们在路上遇见你，趁你疲乏困倦击杀你尽后边软弱的人，并不敬畏神。

这样，你的光就必发现如早晨的光；你所得的医治要速速发明。你的公义必在你前面行；耶和华的荣光必作你的后盾。

“在北边，按着军队是但营的纛。亚米沙代的儿子亚希以谢作但人的首领。他军队被数的，共有六万二千七百名。挨着他安营的是亚设支派。俄兰的儿子帕结作亚设人的首领。他军队被数的，共有四万一千五百名。又有拿弗他利支派。以南的儿子亚希拉作拿弗他利人的首领。他军队被数的，共有五万三千四百名。凡但营被数的，共有十五万七千六百名，要归本纛作末队往前行。”

“但必判断他的民，作以色列支派之一。但必作道上的蛇，路中的虺，咬伤马蹄，使骑马的坠落于后。

你们出来必不至急忙，也不至奔逃。因为，耶和华必在你们前头行；以色列的神必作你们的后盾。
