Also at your times of rejoicing— your appointed festivals and New Moon feasts— you are to sound the trumpets over your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, and they will be a memorial for you before your God. I am the Lord your God.”

You must also blow the trumpets when you are happy. Blow them at your appointed feasts. Blow them at your New Moon feasts. Blow them when you sacrifice your burnt offerings. Blow them when you sacrifice your friendship offerings. They will remind me of you. I am the Lord your God.”

On the day of your gladness also, and at your appointed feasts and at the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings. They shall be a reminder of you before your God: I am the Lord your God.”

Blow the trumpets in times of gladness, too, sounding them at your annual festivals and at the beginning of each month. And blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and peace offerings. The trumpets will remind your God of his covenant with you. I am the Lord your God.”

Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.

And the Levites stood with the instruments of David, and the priests with the trumpets.

And all the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded:[ and] all[ this continued] until the burnt offering was finished.

And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, they set the priests in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites the sons of Asaph with cymbals, to praise the LORD, after the ordinance of David king of Israel.

And the priests waited on their offices: the Levites also with instruments of musick of the LORD, which David the king had made to praise the LORD, because his mercy[ endureth] for ever, when David praised by their ministry; and the priests sounded trumpets before them, and all Israel stood.

Also the Levites[ which were] the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren,[ being] arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets:)It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers[ were] as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up[ their] voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD,[ saying], For[ he is] good; for his mercy[ endureth] for ever: that[ then] the house was filled with a cloud,[ even] the house of the LORD;

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first[ day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

And in the seventh month, on the first[ day] of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.

And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obededom and Jehiah[ were] doorkeepers for the ark.

And[ certain] of the priests’ sons with trumpets;[ namely], Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Michaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph:

Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.

And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy[ place], for a memorial before the LORD continually.

And when he had given thanks, he brake[ it], and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.After the same manner also[ he took] the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink[ it], in remembrance of me.For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

Then ye shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the LORD; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.

And it shall come to pass in that day,[ that] the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem.

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.

And with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals for those that should make a sound, and with musical instruments of God. And the sons of Jeduthun[ were] porters.

Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth[ day] of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout[ all] the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

Blessed[ is] the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O LORD, in the light of thy countenance.

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.Wherefore do ye spend money for[ that which is] not bread? and your labour for[ that which] satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye[ that which is] good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you,[ even] the sure mercies of David.Behold, I have given him[ for] a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.

And thou shalt take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; that it may be a memorial unto the children of Israel before the LORD, to make an atonement for your souls.

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Come unto me, all[ ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
