However you are just in all that has come on us; for you have dealt truly, but we have done wickedly.

In all that has happened to us, you have remained righteous; you have acted faithfully, while we acted wickedly.

In spite of everything that has happened to us, you have been fair. You have been faithful in what you have done. But we did what was evil.

Yet you have been righteous in all that has come upon us, for you have dealt faithfully and we have acted wickedly.

Every time you punished us you were being just. We have sinned greatly, and you gave us only what we deserved.

You are righteous concerning all that has happened to us, because you have acted faithfully, while we have acted wickedly.

However, You are righteous in everything that has happened to us; For You have dealt faithfully, but we have acted wickedly.

However You are just in all that has befallen us; For You have dealt faithfully, But we have done wickedly.

May it be far from you to do things like that, to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be like the wicked. May that be far from you. Shouldn’t the Judge of all the earth do right?”

We have sinned with our fathers. We have committed iniquity. We have done wickedly.

You are righteous, Yahweh, when I contend with you; yet I would like to reason the cause with you. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are they all at ease who deal very treacherously?

For he doesn’t need to consider a man further, that he should go before God in judgment.

“ Yahweh is righteous; for I have rebelled against his commandment. Please hear all you peoples, and see my sorrow. My virgins and my young men have gone into captivity.

we have sinned, and have dealt perversely, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from your precepts and from your ordinances.We haven’t listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.“ Lord, righteousness belongs to you, but to us confusion of face, as it is today; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near, and who are far off, through all the countries where you have driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against you.Lord, to us belongs confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against you.To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgiveness; for we have rebelled against him.We haven’t obeyed Yahweh our God’s voice, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.Yes, all Israel have transgressed your law, turning aside, that they should not obey your voice.“ Therefore the curse and the oath written in the law of Moses the servant of God has been poured out on us; for we have sinned against him.He has confirmed his words, which he spoke against us, and against our judges who judged us, by bringing on us a great evil; for under the whole sky, such has not been done as has been done to Jerusalem.As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil has come on us. Yet we have not entreated the favor of Yahweh our God, that we should turn from our iniquities and have discernment in your truth.Therefore Yahweh has watched over the evil, and brought it on us; for Yahweh our God is righteous in all his works which he does, and we have not obeyed his voice.

You are righteous, Yahweh. Your judgments are upright.

“‘ If they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, in their trespass which they trespassed against me; and also that because they walked contrary to me,I also walked contrary to them, and brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised heart is humbled, and they then accept the punishment of their iniquity,

He sings before men, and says,‘ I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it didn’t profit me.

Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.
