“你们听过有这样的吩咐：‘不可奸淫。’可是我告诉你们，凡是看见妇女就动淫念的，心里已经犯了奸淫。

耶和华回答我说：“把异象写下，清楚地记在泥版上，使读的人容易明白，

他们和保罗约好了一个日子，到那日有很多人到他的住所来见他。他从早到晚向他们讲解，为神的国竭力作见证，引用摩西的律法和先知的话劝他们信耶稣。

于是他开他们的心窍，使他们明白圣经；

腓利就跑过去，听见他读以赛亚先知的书，就问他：“你所读的，你明白吗？”他说：“没有人指导我，怎能明白呢？”于是请腓利上车，同他坐在一起。他所读的那段经文，就是：“他像羊被牵去宰杀，又像羊羔在剪毛的人面前无声，他总是这样不开口。他受屈辱的时候，得不到公平的审判，谁能说出他的身世呢？因为他的生命从地上被夺去。”太监对腓利说：“请问先知这话是指谁说的？指他自己呢？还是指别人？”腓利就开口，从这段经文开始，向他传讲耶稣。
