The Levites— Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah— instructed the people in the Law while the people were standing there.

The Levites taught the Law to the people. They remained standing while the Levites taught them. The Levites who were there included Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai and Hodiah. They also included Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan and Pelaiah.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law, while the people remained in their places.

The Levites— Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah— then instructed the people in the Law while everyone remained in their places.

Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah, who were Levites, explained the law to the people as they stood in their places.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites explained the Law to the people while the people remained in their place.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law; and the people stood in their place.

Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law; and the people stayed in their place.

你們必須將我藉摩西賜給以色列人的一切律例教導他們。」

再下一段由耶書亞的兒子、管理米斯巴的以謝修築，他從斜坡對面修到城牆轉角的兵器庫。

我們的上帝施恩幫助我們，他們給我們帶來一位能幹的人示利比及其弟兄和兒子共十八人。示利比是以色列的兒子利未的後裔抹利的子孫。

還有利未人的族長沙比太和約撒拔，他們負責上帝殿外面的事務。

希西迦慰勞所有善於事奉耶和華的利未人。於是，眾人歡宴過節七天，又獻上平安祭，稱謝他們祖先的上帝耶和華。

再下一段由巴尼的兒子利宏帶領的利未人修築。接下來，管理半個基伊拉的哈沙比雅修築了自己的轄區。

哈沙比雅、示利比和甲篾的兒子耶書亞是利未人的首領。他們的弟兄站在他們對面，照上帝僕人大衛的吩咐一班一班地讚美、稱頌上帝。負責守衛庫房的是瑪他尼、八布迦、俄巴底亞、米書蘭、達們和亞谷。

還有亞撒利雅、以斯拉、米書蘭、

同時還有吹號的祭司以利亞金、瑪西雅、米拿民、米該雅、以利約乃、撒迦利亞和哈楠尼亞，以及瑪西雅、示瑪雅、以利亞撒、烏西、約哈難、瑪基雅、以攔和以謝。歌樂手在伊斯拉希雅的領導下高聲歌唱。

祭司有西萊雅、亞撒利雅、耶利米、

律法教師以斯拉站在為這聚會預備的木臺上，站在他右邊的是瑪他提雅、示瑪、亞奈雅、烏利亞、希勒迦和瑪西雅；站在他左邊的是毗大雅、米沙利、瑪基雅、哈順、哈拔大拿、撒迦利亞和米書蘭。

祭司的嘴唇應持守知識，人民應從他口中尋求訓誨，因為他是萬軍之耶和華的使者。
