我以你的法度為我永遠的產業；因為它們是我心中的喜樂。

我喜歡你法度定下的道路，如同喜歡一切財富。

你的話語在我的上膛多麼甜美，在我的口中比蜂蜜更甜。我藉著你的訓詞，得以明白事理；因此，我恨惡一切虛謊的道。

你口中的律法對我有益，勝過千千萬萬的金銀。

我喜愛你的律例，我不會忘記你的話。

我知道在我裡面，就是在我肉體之中，沒有良善，因為立志行善由得我，行出來卻由不得我。

我兒，你要吃蜜，因為這是好的；吃蜂房下滴的蜜，就覺甘甜。要知道智慧對你的心也是這樣，如果你得著智慧，就必有好結局，你的盼望也不會斷絕。

耶和華的訓詞是正直的，能使人心快樂；耶和華的命令是清潔的，能使人的眼睛明亮。耶和華的話語（“耶和華的話語”原文作“耶和華的敬畏”）是潔淨的，能堅立到永遠；耶和華的典章是真實的，完全公義；都比金子寶貴，比大量的精金更寶貴；比蜜甘甜，比蜂房滴下來的蜜更甘甜；並且你的僕人也藉著這些得到警戒，謹守這些就得著大賞賜。

他嘴唇的命令我沒有離棄，我珍藏他口中的言語在我的心胸，勝過我需用的飲食（“勝過我需用的飲食”或可參照《七十士譯本》等古譯本翻譯為“在我的心胸”）。

他們彼此說：“在路上他對我們說話，給我們解釋聖經的時候，我們的心不是火熱的嗎？”

耶和華使被擄的人歸回錫安的時候，我們好像在作夢的人。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）那時，我們滿口喜笑，滿舌歡呼；那時列國中有人說：“耶和華為他們行了大事。”耶和華為我們行了大事，我們就歡喜。

智慧必進入你的心，知識必使你歡悅。明辨的能力必護衛你，聰明必看顧你；

我一得到你的話，就把它們吃了；你的話成了我心中的歡喜快樂；耶和華萬軍的神啊！因為我是稱為你名下的人。
