The governor, therefore, ordered them not to eat any of the most sacred food until there should be a priest ministering with the Urim and Thummim.

摩西祝福利未支派說：「耶和華啊，求你把土明和烏陵賜給虔誠的利未人，你曾經在瑪撒試驗他們，在米利巴泉邊與他們爭論。

省長吩咐他們，要等到用烏陵和土明求問上帝的祭司出現後，才可以吃至聖之物。

亞倫祭司子孫中有殘疾的都不可向耶和華獻火祭。他們既然有殘疾，就不可近前來獻我的食物。他們可以吃我的食物，聖的和至聖的都可以吃。但他們不可走近幔子或祭壇，因為他們有殘疾。這樣做是為了避免他們褻瀆我的聖所。我是使聖所聖潔的耶和華。」

做餅時不可加酵。這些祭物是我從獻給我的火祭中賜給他們的，像贖罪祭和贖過祭一樣是至聖之物。

「你們為什麼不在聖潔之處吃這贖罪祭？這是至聖之物，耶和華賜給你們是要叫你們為會眾擔罪，在耶和華面前為他們贖罪。既然這祭牲的血沒有被帶進聖所，你們本應按照我的吩咐在聖潔之處吃這祭肉。」

遇到事情，他要去以利亞撒祭司那裡，讓祭司藉著烏陵為他求問我。他和全體會眾或進或出都要聽從以利亞撒的指示。」
