The young men will die by the sword, their sons and daughters will die by famine;and a remnant will not be left to them, because I will bring disaster on the people of Anathoth— the year of their punishment.”

And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire, which burns with brimstone.

Remember me, my God, for good, in return for all that I have done for this people.

So the Lord cuts off head and tail from Israel, Both palm branch and bulrush in a single day.The head is the elder and esteemed man, And the prophet who teaches falsehood is the tail.

Go and do so.’Now then, behold, the Lord has put a deceiving spirit in the mouth of all these prophets of yours; and the Lord has declared disaster against you.”Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah approached and struck Micaiah on the cheek; and he said,“ How did the Spirit of the Lord pass from me to speak to you?”
