I gave orders to purify the rooms, and then I put back into them the equipment of the house of God, with the grain offerings and the incense.

集其昆弟自潔、遵王循耶和華言所命、入潔耶和華室、祭司亦入耶和華室內潔之、出其所有污穢、置於院中、利未人舁至城外汲淪溪、正月朔、始行潔事、至八日、及於耶和華之廊、潔耶和華室、又歷八日、至正月十六日、乃畢其事、入覲希西家王曰、我儕已潔耶和華室、及燔祭壇與其器、陳餅之几與其器、且亞哈斯為王干罪時、所棄之器、我儕亦備具而潔之、今在耶和華壇前、○
