Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and go and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember me for this also, my God, and show mercy to me according to your great love.

I commanded the Levites to make themselves pure. Then I told them to go and guard the gates. I wanted the Sabbath day to be kept holy. You are my God. Remember me because of the good things I’ve done. Be kind to me according to your great love.

Then I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves and come and guard the gates, to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember this also in my favor, O my God, and spare me according to the greatness of your steadfast love.

Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and to guard the gates in order to preserve the holiness of the Sabbath. Remember this good deed also, O my God! Have compassion on me according to your great and unfailing love.

And I ordered the Levites that they were to purify themselves and come as gatekeepers to sanctify the Sabbath day. For this also remember me, my God, and have compassion on me according to the greatness of Your mercy.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should go and guard the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of Your mercy!

And I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember unto me, O my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy lovingkindness.

I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day. Remember to me, my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of your loving kindness.

惡人要離棄自己的道路，不義的人當除去自己的意念，回轉過來歸向耶和華，耶和華就必憐憫他。你們當回轉過來歸向我們的神，因為他大大赦免人的罪。

說：“耶和華啊！求你記念我在你面前怎樣誠誠實實、以純全的心來行事，又作你眼中看為善的事。”然後，希西家就痛哭起來。

耶和華啊！求你聽我的禱告，留心聽我的懇求，憑你的信實和公義應允我。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）求你不要審判你的僕人，因為凡活著的人，在你面前沒有一個是義的。

耶和華啊！如果你究察罪孽，主啊！誰能站立得住呢？但你有赦免之恩，為要使人敬畏你。

以色列啊！你要仰望耶和華，因為耶和華有慈愛，也有豐盛的救恩。

耶和華啊！求你記念大衛，記念他的一切苦難。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）他怎樣向耶和華起誓，向雅各的大能者許願，說：“我必不進我的家（“家”原文作“家的帳棚”），也必不上我的床榻。我必不容我的眼睛睡覺，也不容我的眼瞼打盹；直到我為耶和華找著一個地方，為雅各的大能者找到居所。”

耶和華啊！求你記念你的憐憫和慈愛，因為它們自古以來就存在。求你不要記念我幼年的罪惡和我的過犯；耶和華啊！求你因你的恩惠，按著你的慈愛記念我。

列國的君王要作你的養父，他們的王后必作你的保姆；他們必臉伏於地向你下拜，舐你腳上的塵土。那麼，你就知道我是耶和華，那些仰望我的決不會羞愧。”

神啊！求你按著你的慈愛恩待我，照著你豐盛的憐憫塗抹我的過犯。

王吩咐希勒家大祭司、副祭司和守殿門的，把所有為巴力、亞舍拉和天上的萬象所製造的器皿，從耶和華殿裡搬出去，在耶路撒冷城外汲淪谷的田野，把它們燒了。然後把它們的灰燼帶到伯特利去。

至於我，我必憑著你豐盛的慈愛，進入你的殿；我要存著敬畏你的心，向你的聖所敬拜。

這些人查考族譜的記錄，卻找不著，因此他們算為不潔淨，不能作祭司。省長告訴他們不可吃至聖之物，直等到有能用烏陵和土明來決疑的祭司興起來。

“我的神啊，求你記念我，記念我為這人民所作的一切事，施恩給我。”

那美好的仗我已經打過了，當跑的路我已經跑盡了，所持的信仰我已經守住了。從此以後，有公義的冠冕為我存留，就是按公義審判的主在那日要賞給我的；不但賞給我，也賞給所有愛慕他顯現的人。

祭司宰了公山羊，把血灑在祭壇上作贖罪祭，為所有以色列人贖罪；因為王曾經吩咐要為所有以色列人獻上燔祭和贖罪祭。

希西家吩咐在祭壇上獻上燔祭。開始獻燔祭的時候，就開始向耶和華歌唱，並且用號筒和以色列王大衛的樂器伴奏。

我們引以為榮的，就是我們處世為人，是本著神的聖潔和真誠，不是靠著人的聰明，而是靠著神的恩典，對你們更是這樣，這是我們的良心可以作證的。

對他們說：“你們是利未人各家族的首領，你們和你們的親族都要自潔，好把以色列的神耶和華的約櫃抬上來，到我為它預備的地方去。先前沒有你們，耶和華我們的神就擊打我們，因為我們沒有按照定例尋求他。”於是祭司和利未人自潔，好把以色列的神耶和華的約櫃抬上來。

他把祭司和利未人都召了來，聚集在東面的廣場上，對他們說：“利未人哪，你們要聽我的話；現在你們要自潔，又要潔淨耶和華你們列祖的神的殿，把污穢之物從聖所中除去。

“‘要遵守安息日為聖日，照著耶和華你神吩咐你的。
