Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and go and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember me for this also, my God, and show mercy to me according to your great love.

I commanded the Levites to make themselves pure. Then I told them to go and guard the gates. I wanted the Sabbath day to be kept holy. You are my God. Remember me because of the good things I’ve done. Be kind to me according to your great love.

Then I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves and come and guard the gates, to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember this also in my favor, O my God, and spare me according to the greatness of your steadfast love.

Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and to guard the gates in order to preserve the holiness of the Sabbath. Remember this good deed also, O my God! Have compassion on me according to your great and unfailing love.

And I ordered the Levites that they were to purify themselves and come as gatekeepers to sanctify the Sabbath day. For this also remember me, my God, and have compassion on me according to the greatness of Your mercy.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should go and guard the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of Your mercy!

And I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember unto me, O my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy lovingkindness.

Then I directed the Levites to purify themselves and come and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. For this please remember me, O my God, and have pity on me in keeping with your great love.

I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day. Remember to me, my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of your loving kindness.

恶人要离弃自己的道路，不义的人当除去自己的意念，回转过来归向耶和华，耶和华就必怜悯他。你们当回转过来归向我们的神，因为他大大赦免人的罪。

说：“耶和华啊！求你记念我在你面前怎样诚诚实实、以纯全的心来行事，又作你眼中看为善的事。”然后，希西家就痛哭起来。

耶和华啊！求你听我的祷告，留心听我的恳求，凭你的信实和公义应允我。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）求你不要审判你的仆人，因为凡活着的人，在你面前没有一个是义的。

耶和华啊！如果你究察罪孽，主啊！谁能站立得住呢？但你有赦免之恩，为要使人敬畏你。

以色列啊！你要仰望耶和华，因为耶和华有慈爱，也有丰盛的救恩。

耶和华啊！求你记念大卫，记念他的一切苦难。（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）他怎样向耶和华起誓，向雅各的大能者许愿，说：“我必不进我的家（“家”原文作“家的帐棚”），也必不上我的床榻。我必不容我的眼睛睡觉，也不容我的眼睑打盹；直到我为耶和华找着一个地方，为雅各的大能者找到居所。”

耶和华啊！求你记念你的怜悯和慈爱，因为它们自古以来就存在。求你不要记念我幼年的罪恶和我的过犯；耶和华啊！求你因你的恩惠，按着你的慈爱记念我。

列国的君王要作你的养父，他们的王后必作你的保姆；他们必脸伏于地向你下拜，舐你脚上的尘土。那么，你就知道我是耶和华，那些仰望我的决不会羞愧。”

神啊！求你按着你的慈爱恩待我，照着你丰盛的怜悯涂抹我的过犯。

王吩咐希勒家大祭司、副祭司和守殿门的，把所有为巴力、亚舍拉和天上的万象所制造的器皿，从耶和华殿里搬出去，在耶路撒冷城外汲沦谷的田野，把它们烧了。然后把它们的灰烬带到伯特利去。

至于我，我必凭着你丰盛的慈爱，进入你的殿；我要存着敬畏你的心，向你的圣所敬拜。

这些人查考族谱的记录，却找不着，因此他们算为不洁净，不能作祭司。省长告诉他们不可吃至圣之物，直等到有能用乌陵和土明来决疑的祭司兴起来。

“我的神啊，求你记念我，记念我为这人民所作的一切事，施恩给我。”

耶书亚生约雅金，约雅金生以利亚实，以利亚实生耶何耶大，

那美好的仗我已经打过了，当跑的路我已经跑尽了，所持的信仰我已经守住了。从此以后，有公义的冠冕为我存留，就是按公义审判的主在那日要赏给我的；不但赏给我，也赏给所有爱慕他显现的人。

祭司宰了公山羊，把血洒在祭坛上作赎罪祭，为所有以色列人赎罪；因为王曾经吩咐要为所有以色列人献上燔祭和赎罪祭。

希西家吩咐在祭坛上献上燔祭。开始献燔祭的时候，就开始向耶和华歌唱，并且用号筒和以色列王大卫的乐器伴奏。

我们引以为荣的，就是我们处世为人，是本着神的圣洁和真诚，不是靠着人的聪明，而是靠着神的恩典，对你们更是这样，这是我们的良心可以作证的。

对他们说：“你们是利未人各家族的首领，你们和你们的亲族都要自洁，好把以色列的神耶和华的约柜抬上来，到我为它预备的地方去。先前没有你们，耶和华我们的神就击打我们，因为我们没有按照定例寻求他。”于是祭司和利未人自洁，好把以色列的神耶和华的约柜抬上来。

他把祭司和利未人都召了来，聚集在东面的广场上，对他们说：“利未人哪，你们要听我的话；现在你们要自洁，又要洁净耶和华你们列祖的神的殿，把污秽之物从圣所中除去。

“‘要遵守安息日为圣日，照着耶和华你神吩咐你的。
