And I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember unto me, O my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy lovingkindness.

我使利未人、潔其身體、防範邑門、恪守安息日、以為聖日、我既行此、望上帝垂念、恆懷矜憫、宥我罪愆。

我命利未人自潔己身、來守城門、守安息日為聖日、求我天主因此事垂念我、循主之恩憐憫我、○

Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and go and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember me for this also, my God, and show mercy to me according to your great love.

I commanded the Levites to make themselves pure. Then I told them to go and guard the gates. I wanted the Sabbath day to be kept holy. You are my God. Remember me because of the good things I’ve done. Be kind to me according to your great love.

Then I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves and come and guard the gates, to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember this also in my favor, O my God, and spare me according to the greatness of your steadfast love.

Then I commanded the Levites to purify themselves and to guard the gates in order to preserve the holiness of the Sabbath. Remember this good deed also, O my God! Have compassion on me according to your great and unfailing love.

And I ordered the Levites that they were to purify themselves and come as gatekeepers to sanctify the Sabbath day. For this also remember me, my God, and have compassion on me according to the greatness of Your mercy.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should go and guard the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of Your mercy!

Then I instructed the Levites to purify themselves and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. Remember me for this also, my God, and look on me with compassion in keeping with Your abundant, faithful love.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and[ that] they should come[ and] keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God,[ concerning] this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy.

Then I directed the Levites to purify themselves and come and guard the gates in order to keep the Sabbath day holy. For this please remember me, O my God, and have pity on me in keeping with your great love.

I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the Sabbath day. Remember to me, my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of your loving kindness.

And the priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.

Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the observances thereof.

and for the wood- offering, at times appointed, and for the first- fruits. Remember me, O my God, for good.

Moreover Hezekiah the king and the princes commanded the Levites to sing praises unto Jehovah with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed their heads and worshipped.

let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto Jehovah, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

and said, Remember now, O Jehovah, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.

Hear my prayer, O Jehovah; give ear to my supplications: In thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.And enter not into judgment with thy servant; For in thy sight no man living is righteous.

If thou, Jehovah, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?But there is forgiveness with thee, That thou mayest be feared.

O Israel, hope in Jehovah; For with Jehovah there is lovingkindness, And with him is plenteous redemption.

Jehovah, remember for David All his affliction;How he sware unto Jehovah, And vowed unto the Mighty One of Jacob:Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, Nor go up into my bed;I will not give sleep to mine eyes, Or slumber to mine eyelids;Until I find out a place for Jehovah, A tabernacle for the Mighty One of Jacob.

Remember, O Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindness; For they have been ever of old.Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: According to thy lovingkindness remember thou me, For thy goodness’ sake, O Jehovah.

And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their faces to the earth, and lick the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am Jehovah; and they that wait for me shall not be put to shame.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: According to the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the threshold, to bring forth out of the temple of Jehovah all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the Asherah, and for all the host of heaven, and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of the Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Beth- el.

But as for me, in the abundance of thy lovingkindness will I come into thy house: In thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

These sought their register among those that were reckoned by genealogy, but it was not found: therefore were they deemed polluted and put from the priesthood.And the governor said unto them, that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and Thummim.

Remember unto me, O my God, for good, all that I have done for this people.

And Jeshua begat Joiakim, and Joiakim begat Eliashib, and Eliashib begat Joiada,

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith:henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give to me at that day; and not to me only, but also to all them that have loved his appearing.

and the priests killed them, and they made a sin- offering with their blood upon the altar, to make atonement for all Israel; for the king commanded that the burnt- offering and the sin- offering should be made for all Israel.

And Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt- offering upon the altar. And when the burnt- offering began, the song of Jehovah began also, and the trumpets, together with the instruments of David king of Israel.

For our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly to you- ward.

and said unto them, Ye are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, both ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of Jehovah, the God of Israel, unto the place that I have prepared for it.For because ye bare it not at the first, Jehovah our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not according to the ordinance.So the priests and the Levites sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of Jehovah, the God of Israel.

And he brought in the priests and the Levites, and gathered them together into the broad place on the east,and said unto them, Hear me, ye Levites; now sanctify yourselves, and sanctify the house of Jehovah, the God of your fathers, and carry forth the filthiness out of the holy place.

Observe the sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Jehovah thy God commanded thee.
