我就譴責官長們說：『你們為甚麼將上帝的殿棄而不顧呢？』我便招集了利未人，重立他們的地位。

遂斥責民長曰、上帝之室、何遺棄之、因招集利未人、復供厥職、

我聞此、責諸伯曰、上帝之殿何不恪守、遂招徠利未人、使復厥職。

So I rebuked the officials and asked them,“ Why is the house of God neglected?” Then I called them together and stationed them at their posts.

I gave a warning to the officials. I asked them,“ Why aren’t you taking care of God’s house?” Then I brought the Levites and musicians together. I stationed them in their proper places. I put them back to work.

So I confronted the officials and said,“ Why is the house of God forsaken?” And I gathered them together and set them in their stations.

I immediately confronted the leaders and demanded,“ Why has the Temple of God been neglected?” Then I called all the Levites back again and restored them to their proper duties.

Therefore, I rebuked the officials, asking,“ Why has the house of God been neglected?” I gathered the Levites and singers together and stationed them at their posts.

So I reprimanded the officials and said,“ Why has the house of God been neglected?” Then I gathered them together and stationed them at their posts.

So I contended with the rulers, and said,“ Why is the house of God forsaken?” And I gathered them together and set them in their place.

以色列人和利未人要將五穀、新酒，和油為舉祭，奉到收存聖所器皿的屋子裏，就是供職的祭司、守門的、歌唱的所住的屋子。這樣，我們就不離棄我們神的殿。

我就斥責猶大的貴冑說：「你們怎麼行這惡事犯了安息日呢？

我就斥責他們，咒詛他們，打了他們幾個人，拔下他們的頭髮，叫他們指着神起誓，必不將自己的女兒嫁給外邦人的兒子，也不為自己和兒子娶他們的女兒。

如此，這二少年人的罪在耶和華面前甚重了，因為他們藐視耶和華的祭物。

我聽見他們呼號說這些話，便甚發怒。我心裏籌劃，就斥責貴冑和官長說：「你們各人向弟兄取利！」於是我招聚大會攻擊他們。我對他們說：「我們盡力贖回我們弟兄，就是賣與外邦的猶大人；你們還要賣弟兄，使我們贖回來嗎？」他們就靜默不語，無話可答。我又說：「你們所行的不善！你們行事不當敬畏我們的神嗎？不然，難免我們的仇敵外邦人毀謗我們。我和我的弟兄與僕人也將銀錢糧食借給百姓；我們大家都當免去利息。如今我勸你們將他們的田地、葡萄園、橄欖園、房屋，並向他們所取的銀錢、糧食、新酒，和油，百分之一的利息都歸還他們。」眾人說：「我們必歸還，不再向他們索要，必照你的話行。」我就召了祭司來，叫眾人起誓，必照着所應許的而行。我也抖着胸前的衣襟，說：「凡不成就這應許的，願神照樣抖他離開家產和他勞碌得來的，直到抖空了。」會眾都說：「阿們！」又讚美耶和華。百姓就照着所應許的去行。

人豈可奪取神之物呢？你們竟奪取我的供物。你們卻說：『我們在何事上奪取你的供物呢？』就是你們在當納的十分之一和當獻的供物上。因你們通國的人都奪取我的供物，咒詛就臨到你們身上。萬軍之耶和華說：你們要將當納的十分之一全然送入倉庫，使我家有糧，以此試試我，是否為你們敞開天上的窗戶，傾福與你們，甚至無處可容。萬軍之耶和華說：我必為你們斥責蝗蟲，不容牠毀壞你們的土產。你們田間的葡萄樹在未熟之先也不掉果子。

違棄律法的，誇獎惡人；遵守律法的，卻與惡人相爭。

因懼怕大眾，又因宗族藐視我使我驚恐，以致閉口無言，杜門不出；
