聖殿護衛長和祭司長聽後，都很困擾，不知道是怎麼回事。

凡有關耶和華的事，由亞瑪利雅大祭司監督你們；凡有關君王的事，由猶大支派的族長以實瑪利的兒子西巴第雅監督你們。利未人做官長協助你們。你們要行事勇敢，願耶和華與正直的人同在！」

耶歇、亞撒細雅、拿哈、亞撒黑、耶利末、約撒拔、以列、伊斯瑪基雅、瑪哈和比拿雅做監督協助歌楠雅和他兄弟示每，他們都是希西迦王和管理上帝殿的亞撒利雅指派的。
