如爾邑中有訟事、為流血、為爭競、為加害、爾所難鞫者、則必詣爾上帝耶和華特簡之室、見祭司利未人、或在位之刑官、請其諮諏、為爾聽訟、

惟掣籤攻其庇亞。在以色列支派中、百取十、千取百、萬取千、使備餱糧、待我儕至便雅憫之其庇亞、彼於以色列族中所作之穢行、我特報施焉。

掣籤在人、定事在耶和華。
