We obligate ourselves to bring the firstfruits of our ground and the firstfruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of the Lord;

又定厥例、歲攜初登之土產、始實之樹菓、薦於耶和華室、

我儕有願、凡初登之土產、始實之樹果、歲薦耶和華殿、

我祭司、利未人、及民眾掣籤、每年何族於何時獻柴至我天主殿中、以燔於主我天主之祭臺上、循律法所載者、

“ We also assume responsibility for bringing to the house of the Lord each year the firstfruits of our crops and of every fruit tree.

“ We will also be accountable for bringing the first share of our crops each year. And we’ll bring the first share of every fruit tree. We’ll bring them to the Lord’ s house.

“ We promise to bring the first part of every harvest to the Lord’s Temple year after year— whether it be a crop from the soil or from our fruit trees.

We will bring the firstfruits of our land and of every fruit tree to the LORD’s house year by year.

and so that they could bring the first fruits of our ground and the first fruits of all the fruit of every tree to the house of the Lord annually,

And we made ordinances to bring the firstfruits of our ground and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, to the house of the Lord;

and to bring the first- fruits of our ground, and the first- fruits of all fruit of all manner of trees, year by year, unto the house of Jehovah;

We will bring the firstfruits of our land and of every fruit tree to the Lord’s house year by year.

And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD:

We also accept responsibility for bringing the first fruits of our land and the first fruits of every fruit tree year by year to the temple of the LORD.

and to bring the first fruits of our ground, and the first fruits of all fruit of all kinds of trees, year by year, to Yahweh’s house;

you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you harvest from your land that the Lord your God is giving you, and you shall put it in a basket, and you shall go to the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make his name to dwell there.

“ The best of the firstfruits of your ground you shall bring into the house of the Lord your God.“ You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

The best of the firstfruits of your ground you shall bring to the house of the Lord your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.”

All the best of the oil and all the best of the wine and of the grain, the firstfruits of what they give to the Lord, I give to you.

“ When you come into the land and plant any kind of tree for food, then you shall regard its fruit as forbidden. Three years it shall be forbidden to you; it must not be eaten.And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord.But in the fifth year you may eat of its fruit, to increase its yield for you: I am the Lord your God.“ You shall not eat any flesh with the blood in it. You shall not interpret omens or tell fortunes.

The contribution of the king from his own possessions was for the burnt offerings: the burnt offerings of morning and evening, and the burnt offerings for the Sabbaths, the new moons, and the appointed feasts, as it is written in the Law of the Lord.And he commanded the people who lived in Jerusalem to give the portion due to the priests and the Levites, that they might give themselves to the Law of the Lord.As soon as the command was spread abroad, the people of Israel gave in abundance the firstfruits of grain, wine, oil, honey, and of all the produce of the field. And they brought in abundantly the tithe of everything.And the people of Israel and Judah who lived in the cities of Judah also brought in the tithe of cattle and sheep, and the tithe of the dedicated things that had been dedicated to the Lord their God, and laid them in heaps.In the third month they began to pile up the heaps, and finished them in the seventh month.When Hezekiah and the princes came and saw the heaps, they blessed the Lord and his people Israel.And Hezekiah questioned the priests and the Levites about the heaps.Azariah the chief priest, who was of the house of Zadok, answered him,“ Since they began to bring the contributions into the house of the Lord, we have eaten and had enough and have plenty left, for the Lord has blessed his people, so that we have this large amount left.”

And with you bring your brothers also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may join you and minister to you while you and your sons with you are before the tent of the testimony.

Will man rob God? Yet you are robbing me. But you say,‘ How have we robbed you?’ In your tithes and contributions.You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing me, the whole nation of you.Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says the Lord of hosts.Then all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a land of delight, says the Lord of hosts.

Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce;then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.
