我們必不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的外族人，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

并不将我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不将女儿嫁给当地的人，也不为儿子娶当地的女子。

我们必不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的外族人，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

並不將我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不將女兒嫁給當地的人，也不為兒子娶當地的女子。

就是說，我們決不將我們的女兒嫁給這地別族之民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

不以我女嫁斯土之民、不為我子娶其女、

不以女嫁異邦人、不以異邦人之女娶為媳。

皆從貴顯之同族、發誓立盟、必遵天主僕摩西所傳天主之律法、謹守遵行我主耶和華之一切誡命、律例、法度、

“ We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the peoples around us or take their daughters for our sons.

Here is what the priests, Levites and people said.“ We promise not to let our daughters marry men from the nations around us. And we promise not to let their daughters marry our sons.

We will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

“ We promise not to let our daughters marry the pagan people of the land, and not to let our sons marry their daughters.

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

and that we will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

We would not give our daughters as wives to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

and that we would not give our daughters unto the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:

“ We will not give our daughters in marriage to the neighboring peoples, and we will not take their daughters in marriage for our sons.

and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

又恐怕你給你的兒子娶他們的女兒為妻，他們的女兒隨從自己的神行邪淫的時候，使你的兒子也隨從她們的神行邪淫。

不可與他們通婚，不可把你的女兒嫁給他們的兒子，也不可為你的兒子娶他們的女兒。

以斯拉祭司站起來，對他們說：“你們對神不忠，娶了外族的女子為妻，增添了以色列的罪過。現在你們要向耶和華你們列祖的神認罪，遵行他所喜悅的旨意，與這地的民族和外族的女子分離。”全體會眾都大聲回答說：“你怎麼說，我們就怎麼行。

所以，你們不可把你們的女兒嫁給他們的兒子，也不可為你們的兒子娶他們的女兒。你們永遠不可尋求他們的平安和他們的利益；這樣，你們就可以強盛，吃這地的美物，把這地留給你們的子孫作產業，直到永遠。雖然因著我們許多的惡行和重大的罪過，這一切就臨到我們身上，但我們的神啊，你懲罰我們實在輕於我們的罪孽所應得的，還給我們留下這些逃脫的人。我們怎可以再違背你的誡命，與這些行可憎事的民族通婚呢？如果我們這樣行，你豈不向我們發怒，消滅我們，以致沒有一個剩餘，或是逃脫的人嗎？

“完成這些事以後，眾領袖前來見我，說：‘以色列民、祭司和利未人沒有從當地的民族中分別出來，他們隨從迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亞捫人、摩押人、埃及人和亞摩利人行可憎的事。他們為自己和自己的兒子娶了這些外族的女子為妻，以致聖潔的種族與當地的民族混雜了；而領袖和官長竟是這不忠的事的罪魁。’我一聽見這事，就撕裂我的衣服和外袍，拔掉頭上的頭髮和鬍鬚，驚懼地坐著。
