其餘之民、祭司、利未人、守門者、謳歌者、殿役、及凡與異邦人絕交從天主律法者、並其妻其子女、凡有知識能明者、

all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord.

All the men joined the nobles of their people. They made a firm agreement. They made a promise and said they would be cursed if they didn’t keep it. They promised to follow the Law of God. It had been given through Moses, the servant of God. They promised to obey carefully all the commands, rules and laws of the Lord our Lord.

我起了誓並且堅守，要遵守你公義的法規。

事實上，神拯救萬民的恩典已經顯明出來了。這恩典管教我們，使我們拒絕不敬神的事和地上的欲望，在今世能過自制、公義、敬神的生活，期待那蒙福的盼望，以及我們那偉大的神、救主耶穌基督榮耀的顯現。他為我們獻上自己，是為了救贖我們脫離一切罪惡，並且潔淨我們做他自己特選的子民，做美好工作的熱心人。

你們如果遵行我所吩咐的事，你們就是我的朋友了。

天亮了，猶太人就策劃了一起陰謀，並且賭咒起誓說，殺掉保羅以前，就不吃不喝。策劃這同謀起誓的有四十多人。他們來到祭司長們和長老們那裡，說：「我們已經賭咒起誓，殺掉保羅以前，就什麼都不吃。所以你們和議會現在就要告訴千夫長，把保羅帶到你們這裡來，假裝要更詳盡地審查他的事；我們預備好了，要在他到達以前就殺了他。」

有一些人就跟從了保羅，信了主。其中包括亞略巴古的議員迪奧尼修、一個名叫達瑪麗斯的婦人，以及其他與他們在一起的人。

耶和華我們的主啊，你的名在全地多麼尊貴，你把你的尊榮彰顯在諸天之上！

耶和華必憐憫雅各，再次揀選以色列，把他們安置在他們自己的土地；寄居者必與他們結合，依附於雅各家。

摩西不是把律法傳給你們了嗎？你們當中卻沒有一個人遵行這律法。你們為什麼想要殺我呢？」

巴拿巴到了，看見神的恩典就感到歡喜，鼓勵大家要立定心志，繼續靠主，

「你們當記念我僕人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山吩咐他給全體以色列人的律例和法規。

所以請你不要被他們說服，因為他們中的四十多人正埋伏等著他。他們已經賭咒起誓說，殺掉保羅以前，就不吃不喝。現在他們預備好了，正期望你答應。」

為要他們遵守他的律例，謹守他的律法。哈利路亞！

愛，不要虛假；要厭棄惡、持守善；

耶和華我們的主啊，你的名在全地多麼尊貴！

因為律法是藉著摩西賜下的，恩典和真理是藉著耶穌基督而來的。
