We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses.

We’ve done some very evil things. We haven’t obeyed the commands, rules and laws you gave your servant Moses.

We have acted very corruptly against you and have not kept the commandments, the statutes, and the rules that you commanded your servant Moses.

我儕犯罪乖戾、行惡悖逆、離爾訓詞律例、未聽爾僕諸先知、奉爾之名告我君王、牧伯列祖、及國中庶民之言、

我與列祖同干罪戾、行邪作惡兮、

我曾曰、爾惟寅畏我、受我訓誨、爾之第宅、則不依我所定被毀、但爾黎明而起、自敗厥行、

以色列人歟、我今教爾遵守之典章律例、宜聽從之以得生、爾祖之上帝耶和華賜爾之地、可入而承之、

我遵我上帝耶和華所命、教爾以典章律例、使行於入而為業之地、

遵守爾上帝耶和華之命、行其道途、循其典章誡命、律例法度、依摩西律所載、俾爾無論何為何往、咸得利達、

加以警戒、使服爾律、惟彼驕矜、不從爾命、爾之律例、人遵之則得生、彼乃犯之、強項背逆、不肯聽從、爾之寬容、歷年已久、以爾之靈感諸先知、俾警戒之、惟彼不聽、故爾付於異邦人手、惟爾上帝慈仁、恩寵豐盛、不滅之、不棄之、我上帝歟、乃至大至能、可畏之上帝、踐約施恩、凡我列王牧伯、祭司先知、列祖庶民、自亞述王迄於今日、所遭患難、祈勿視為微小、所加於我、爾無不義、爾所行惟誠、我所行惟惡、我之列王牧伯、祭司列祖、不守爾律、不從爾誡、及爾警戒之言、彼在其國、受爾所錫之厚恩、居爾所賜廣大之沃土、猶不奉事爾、不悛其惡行、

我僕摩西之法律、我在何烈所命、傳於以色列之典章律例、爾其憶之、

斯災臨我、乃依摩西律中所載、而我猶不求恩於我上帝耶和華、棄離我之罪愆、洞悉爾之真道、

斯民深陷邪惡、如在基比亞時、上帝必憶其愆、而罰其罪、○

約坦行耶和華所悅、效其父烏西雅所為、惟弗入耶和華殿、民眾尚行邪僻、

以其鞫真且義也、蓋曾鞫以淫污世之大妓、且於彼身伸其諸僕流血之冤、

而不殺其子、依摩西律書所載、耶和華命曰、勿因子而殺父、勿因父而殺子、各因己罪而死、

願我趨向堅定、守爾典章兮、我重爾諸誡、必不羞愧兮、學爾義鞫、必以正心稱謝爾兮、我將守爾典章、勿我永棄兮、○

摩西召以色列眾、告之曰、以色列人歟、我所諭爾之典章律例、爾當聽從、學習遵行、

此誡命典章律例、乃爾上帝耶和華所命、以教爾者、使爾行之於爾所得為業之地、

以色列全族干犯爾律、轉而離爾、不聽爾言、故上帝僕摩西律中、所載之呪詛誓詞、臨於我躬、以我獲罪於上帝也、

以上所載、乃耶和華在西乃山、諭摩西告以色列族之誡命、

耶和華之訓正直、悅人心兮、耶和華之誡純潔、豁人目兮、耶和華之道清潔、而永存兮、耶和華之例真誠、而盡義兮、

以斯拉於摩西之律、以色列之上帝耶和華所賜者、為明敏之文士、蒙其上帝耶和華祐、所求於王、王悉許之、彼自巴比倫而上、
