We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses.

We’ve done some very evil things. We haven’t obeyed the commands, rules and laws you gave your servant Moses.

We have acted very corruptly against you and have not kept the commandments, the statutes, and the rules that you commanded your servant Moses.

We have sinned terribly by not obeying the commands, decrees, and regulations that you gave us through your servant Moses.

Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances.

As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet have we not entreated the favor of Jehovah our God, that we should turn from our iniquities, and have discernment in thy truth.

They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.

And he did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah, according to all that his father Uzziah had done: howbeit he entered not into the temple of Jehovah. And the people did yet corruptly.

for true and righteous are his judgments; for he hath judged the great harlot, her that corrupted the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

But he put not their children to death, but did according to that which is written in the law in the book of Moses, as Jehovah commanded, saying, The fathers shall not die for the children, neither shall the children die for the fathers; but every man shall die for his own sin.

Oh that my ways were established To observe thy statutes!Then shall I not be put to shame, When I have respect unto all thy commandments.I will give thanks unto thee with uprightness of heart, When I learn thy righteous judgments.I will observe thy statutes: Oh forsake me not utterly.

and shalt not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day, that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee.

And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and the ordinances which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and observe to do them.

Now this is the commandment, the statutes, and the ordinances, which Jehovah your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go over to possess it;

Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even turning aside, that they should not obey thy voice: therefore hath the curse been poured out upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God; for we have sinned against him.

These are the commandments, which Jehovah commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart: The commandment of Jehovah is pure, enlightening the eyes.The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever: The ordinances of Jehovah are true, and righteous altogether.

this Ezra went up from Babylon. And he was a ready scribe in the law of Moses, which Jehovah, the God of Israel, had given; and the king granted him all his request, according to the hand of Jehovah his God upon him.
