主啊，求你留意听你仆人的祷告，也听那些喜爱敬畏你名的仆人的祷告；求你使你的仆人今天顺利，使他在这人面前蒙怜悯。”那时我是王的酒政。

主歟、求爾側耳、垂聽爾僕之禱、及喜悅寅畏爾名之僕所祈、使僕今日亨通、蒙矜恤於王前、是時我為王酒正、

今求耶和華垂聽爾僕、及夤畏爾者所祈、使我今日亨通、沾恩於王、當是時我為王酒正。

求主側耳俯聽僕之祈禱、及欲敬畏主名者諸僕之祈禱、求主使僕今日亨通、蒙恩於王王原文作此人前、當是時、我為王之酒政、

Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favor in the presence of this man.” I was cupbearer to the king.

願你睜眼看，側耳聽你僕人今日晝夜在你面前，為你眾僕人以色列人的祈禱，承認我們以色列人向你所犯的罪；我與我父家都犯了罪。

亞達薛西王二十年尼散月，酒擺在王面前，我拿起酒來奉給王。我在王面前從來沒有愁容。

以斯拉說：「耶和華－我們列祖的上帝是應當稱頌的！因他使王起這心願，使耶路撒冷耶和華的殿得榮耀，他又在王和謀士，以及王所有大能的軍官面前施恩於我。我因耶和華－我上帝的手的幫助，得以堅強，從以色列中召集領袖，與我一同上來。」

又賜詔書，通知管理王園林的亞薩，叫他給我木材，作為殿的營樓之門、城牆，和我自己要住的房屋的橫梁。」王就允准我，因為我上帝施恩的手幫助我。

請你們為我們禱告；因為我們自覺良心無虧，願意凡事按正道而行。

讓司酒長官復原職，仍舊遞杯在法老手中，

波斯王居魯士元年，耶和華為要應驗藉耶利米的口所說的話，就激發波斯王居魯士的心，使他下詔書通告全國，說：

耶和華啊，求你側耳聽我的禱告，留心聽我懇求的聲音。

王的心在耶和華手中像河水，他能使它隨意流轉。

這以斯拉從巴比倫上來，他是一個文士，精通耶和華－以色列上帝所賜摩西的律法。王允准他一切所求的，因為耶和華－他上帝的手幫助他。

然而，司酒長不記得約瑟，竟忘了他。

那時司酒長對法老說：「我今日想起我的罪來。

因為他們恨惡知識，選擇不敬畏耶和華，

耶和華啊，我們在你行審判的路上等候你，我們心裏所渴慕的，就是你的名和你的稱號。夜間，我的心渴想你，我裏面的靈切切尋求你。因為你在地上行審判的時候，世上的居民就學習公義。

那人說：「你的名字不要再叫雅各，要叫以色列，因為你與上帝和人較力，都得勝了。」

司酒長就把夢告訴約瑟，對他說：「在我的夢中，看哪，有一棵葡萄樹在我面前，樹上有三根枝子。枝子發了芽，開了花，結出串串成熟的葡萄。法老的杯在我手中，我就拿葡萄擠在法老的杯裏，把杯遞到他手中。」約瑟對他說：「夢的解釋是這樣：三根枝子就是三天；三天之內，法老要讓你抬起頭來，叫你官復原職。你仍要遞杯在法老的手中，像先前作他的司酒長一樣。

主啊，求你聽我的聲音！求你側耳聽我懇求的聲音！

法老就對司酒長和司膳長兩個官員發怒，

願全能的上帝使你們在那人面前蒙憐憫，放你們另一個兄弟和便雅憫回來。我若要失喪兒子，就喪了吧！」

求你救我脫離我哥哥的手，脫離以掃的手，因為我怕他來殺我，連母親和兒女都不放過。
