愿你破天而降，愿山在你面前震动，好像火烧干柴，又如火将水烧开，使你敌人知道你的名，列国必在你面前发颤！

众山在耶和华面前摇动，西奈山在耶和华—以色列上帝面前也摇动。

但现在的天地还是凭着上帝的话存留，直留到不敬虔之人受审判遭沉沦的日子，用火焚烧。亲爱的，有一件事你们不可忘记，就是：主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主没有迟延他的应许，就如有人以为他是迟延，其实他是宽容你们，不愿一人沉沦，而是人人都来悔改。但主的日子要像贼一样来到；那日，天必在轰然一声中消失，天体都要被烈火熔化，地和地上的万物都要烧尽。既然这一切都要如此消失，你们处世为人必须圣洁敬虔，等候并催促上帝的日子来到。因为在那日，天要被火烧而消灭，天体都要被烈火熔化。

忽然，地大震动；因为有主的一个使者从天上下来，把石头滚开，坐在上面。

大山踊跃如公羊，小山跳舞如羔羊。

万邦喧嚷，国度动摇；上帝出声，地就熔化。

我又看见一个白色的大宝座和那坐在上面的；天和地都从他面前逃避，再也找不到它们的位置了。

耶和华的声音震碎香柏树，耶和华震碎黎巴嫩的香柏树。他使黎巴嫩跳跃如牛犊，使西连跳跃如野牛犊。

因万军之耶和华的一个日子要临到所有骄傲狂妄的，临到一切自高的，使他们降为卑；临到黎巴嫩高大的香柏树、巴珊的橡树，临到一切高山、一切峻岭，

愿海和其中所充满的澎湃，愿世界和住在其间的发声。

忽然，殿的幔子从上到下裂为两半，地震动，磐石崩裂，

西奈山全山冒烟，因为耶和华在火中降临山上。山的烟雾上腾，仿佛烧窑，整座山剧烈震动。

大山哪，你为何踊跃如公羊？小山哪，你为何跳舞如羔羊？
