“ Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it is better for him if a heavy millstone is hung around his neck and he is thrown into the sea.

“凡使这信我的一个小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在这人的颈项上，扔在海里。

“凡使这些信我的小子中的一个跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在这人的颈项上，扔在海里。

“但若有人使这样一个小信徒失足犯罪，他的下场比把大磨石挂在他脖子上扔到海里还要惨。

“如果有人使一个信我的小弟兄犯罪，倒不如在他的颈项上拴一块大磨石投在海里。

“无论谁使信我的这些卑微人中的一个绊倒，对那人来说，脖子上拴着大磨石，被丢进海里反而更好。

「凡使這信我的一個小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「但若有人使這樣一個小信徒失足犯罪，他的下場比把大磨石掛在他脖子上扔到海裡還要慘。

“如果有人使一個信我的小弟兄犯罪，倒不如在他的頸項上拴一塊大磨石投在海裡。

『凡使這些信的人的微小者之一絆跌的，假使一塊驢牽的磨石掛在他的脖子上，丟在海裏，這對於他倒好呢。

「無論誰使信我的這些卑微人中的一個絆倒，對那人來說，脖子上拴著大磨石，被丟進海裡反而更好。

陷信我小子之一者、寧以巨磨懸其頸、投於海、

凡陷信我之小子於罪者、寧以磨石懸其頸、投於海之為美也、

凡使此信我之一小子、陷於罪者、寧以磨石懸其頸而投於海、

如有使信我之小子、失足而陷罪者、毋寧以磨石繫頸、而被投諸海乎？

“ If anyone causes one of these little ones— those who believe in me— to stumble, it would be better for them if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

“ What if someone leads one of these little ones who believe in me to sin? If they do, it would be better if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

“ Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

“ But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone hung around your neck.

“ But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to fall away— it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

“ But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.

And whosoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble, it were better for him if a great millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

“ But whoever causes the downfall of one of these little ones who believe in Me— it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

And whosoever shall offend one of[ these] little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

“ If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a huge millstone tied around his neck and to be thrown into the sea.

Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he were thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck.

but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it is better for him that a heavy millstone be hung around his neck, and that he be drowned in the depths of the sea.

Now He said to His disciples,“ It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to one through whom they come!It is better for him if a millstone is hung around his neck and he is thrown into the sea, than that he may cause one of these little ones to sin.

“ See that you do not look down on one of these little ones; for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven.

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.

and he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him,“ Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?”

For if someone sees you, the one who has knowledge, dining in an idol’s temple, will his conscience, if he is weak, not be strengthened to eat things sacrificed to idols?For through your knowledge the one who is weak is ruined, the brother or sister for whose sake Christ died.And so, by sinning against the brothers and sisters and wounding their conscience when it is weak, you sin against Christ.Therefore, if food causes my brother to sin, I will never eat meat again, so that I will not cause my brother to sin.

Many will follow their indecent behavior, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned;

Then He will answer them,‘ Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it for one of the least of these, you did not do it for Me, either.’These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

but just as it is written:“ They who have not been told about Him will see, And they who have not heard will understand.”

And as I punished them often in all the synagogues, I tried to force them to blaspheme; and since I was extremely enraged at them, I kept pursuing them even to foreign cities.“ While so engaged, as I was journeying to Damascus with the authority and commission of the chief priests,at midday, O king, I saw on the way a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who were journeying with me.And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew dialect,‘ Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’

Therefore, I want younger widows to get married, have children, manage their households, and give the enemy no opportunity for reproach;

For after all it is only right for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,and to give relief to you who are afflicted, along with us, when the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His mighty angelsin flaming fire, dealing out retribution to those who do not know God, and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.These people will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

Therefore let’s not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this: not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother’s or sister’s way.

giving no reason for taking offense in anything, so that the ministry will not be discredited,

Do not offend Jews or Greeks, or the church of God;just as I also please everyone in all things, not seeking my own benefit but the benefit of the many, so that they may be saved.

so that you may discover the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ;

for they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. They deserve it.”And I heard the altar saying,“ Yes, Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”

When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained;and they cried out with a loud voice, saying,“ How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who live on the earth?”
