“但若有人使这样一个小信徒失足犯罪，他的下场比把大磨石挂在他脖子上扔到海里还要惨。

“如果有人使一个信我的小弟兄犯罪，倒不如在他的颈项上拴一块大磨石投在海里。

“无论谁使信我的这些卑微人中的一个绊倒，对那人来说，脖子上拴着大磨石，被丢进海里反而更好。

「凡使這信我的一個小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「但若有人使這樣一個小信徒失足犯罪，他的下場比把大磨石掛在他脖子上扔到海裡還要慘。

“如果有人使一個信我的小弟兄犯罪，倒不如在他的頸項上拴一塊大磨石投在海裡。

『凡使這些信的人的微小者之一絆跌的，假使一塊驢牽的磨石掛在他的脖子上，丟在海裏，這對於他倒好呢。

「無論誰使信我的這些卑微人中的一個絆倒，對那人來說，脖子上拴著大磨石，被丟進海裡反而更好。

陷信我小子之一者、寧以巨磨懸其頸、投於海、

凡陷信我之小子於罪者、寧以磨石懸其頸、投於海之為美也、

凡使此信我之一小子、陷於罪者、寧以磨石懸其頸而投於海、

如有使信我之小子、失足而陷罪者、毋寧以磨石繫頸、而被投諸海乎？

“ If anyone causes one of these little ones— those who believe in me— to stumble, it would be better for them if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

“ What if someone leads one of these little ones who believe in me to sin? If they do, it would be better if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

“ Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

“ But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone hung around your neck.

“ But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to fall away— it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

“ Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it is better for him if a heavy millstone is hung around his neck and he is thrown into the sea.

“ But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.

And whosoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble, it were better for him if a great millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

“ But whoever causes the downfall of one of these little ones who believe in Me— it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

And whosoever shall offend one of[ these] little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

“ If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a huge millstone tied around his neck and to be thrown into the sea.

Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he were thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck.

“凡使这信我的一个小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在这人的颈项上，沉在深海里。

耶稣又对门徒说：“绊倒人的事是免不了的；但那绊倒人的有祸了。就是把磨石拴在这人的颈项上，丢在海里，还强如他把这小子里的一个绊倒了。

“你们要小心，不可轻看这小子里的一个；我告诉你们，他们的使者在天上，常见我天父的面。

弟兄们，那些离间你们、叫你们跌倒、背乎所学之道的人，我劝你们要留意躲避他们。

他就仆倒在地，听见有声音对他说：“扫罗！扫罗！你为什么逼迫我？”

若有人见你这有知识的，在偶像的庙里坐席，这人的良心若是软弱，岂不放胆去吃那祭偶像之物吗？因此，基督为他死的那软弱弟兄，也就因你的知识沉沦了。你们这样得罪弟兄们，伤了他们软弱的良心，就是得罪基督。所以，食物若叫我弟兄跌倒，我就永远不吃肉，免得叫我弟兄跌倒了。

将有许多人随从他们邪淫的行为，便叫真道因他们的缘故被毁谤。

王要回答说：‘我实在告诉你们，这些事你们既不做在我这弟兄中一个最小的身上，就是不做在我身上了。’这些人要往永刑里去；那些义人要往永生里去。”

就如经上所记：“未曾闻知他信息的，将要看见；未曾听过的，将要明白。”

在各会堂，我屡次用刑强逼他们说亵渎的话，又分外恼恨他们，甚至追逼他们，直到外邦的城邑。”“那时，我领了祭司长的权柄和命令，往大马士革去。王啊，我在路上，晌午的时候，看见从天发光，比日头还亮，四面照着我并与我同行的人。我们都仆倒在地，我就听见有声音用希伯来话向我说：‘扫罗！扫罗！为什么逼迫我？你用脚踢刺是难的！’

所以我愿意年轻的寡妇嫁人，生养儿女，治理家务，不给敌人辱骂的把柄。

神既是公义的，就必将患难报应那加患难给你们的人，也必使你们这受患难的人与我们同得平安。那时，主耶稣同他有能力的天使从天上在火焰中显现，要报应那不认识神和那不听从我主耶稣福音的人。他们要受刑罚，就是永远沉沦，离开主的面和他权能的荣光。

所以，我们不可再彼此论断，宁可定意谁也不给弟兄放下绊脚跌人之物。

我们凡事都不叫人有妨碍，免得这职分被人毁谤；

不拘是犹太人，是希腊人，是神的教会，你们都不要使他跌倒；就好像我凡事都叫众人喜欢，不求自己的益处，只求众人的益处，叫他们得救。

使你们能分别是非，作诚实无过的人，直到基督的日子；

他们曾流圣徒与先知的血，现在你给他们血喝；这是他们所该受的。”我又听见祭坛中有声音说：“是的，主神，全能者啊，你的判断义哉！诚哉！”

揭开第五印的时候，我看见在祭坛底下，有为神的道、并为作见证被杀之人的灵魂，大声喊着说：“圣洁真实的主啊，你不审判住在地上的人，给我们伸流血的冤，要等到几时呢？”
