因此我希望你们知道，一个被上帝的灵感动的人绝不会说“耶稣该受咒诅”；若不是受了圣灵的感动，没有人会说“耶稣是主”。

那又怎样呢？无论他们传福音是真心还是假意，基督的福音毕竟传开了，因此我很欢喜，而且欢喜不已。

“主人回答说，‘这是仇敌做的。’奴仆问道，‘要我们去拔掉它们吗？’“主人说，‘不用了，因为拔毒麦会连麦子一起拔掉。

即使我能说人类和天使的各种语言，如果没有爱，我不过像咣咣作响的锣和钹。即使我能做先知讲道，又明白各样的奥秘，而且学问渊博，甚至有移开山岭的信心，如果没有爱，我仍然算不了什么。

有人带着小孩子来要让耶稣摸一摸，门徒却责备他们。耶稣看见后很生气，对门徒说：“让小孩子到我这里来，不要阻止他们，因为上帝的国属于这样的人。

在审判那天，很多人会对我说，‘主啊，主啊，我们不是奉你的名传道，奉你的名赶鬼，奉你的名行了许多神迹吗？’我会清楚地告诉他们，‘我从来不认识你们，你们这些作恶的人走开！’

我严格训练自己，克服自身的软弱，免得我传福音给别人，自己却被淘汰了。

那时，有几个走江湖的犹太术士也想用耶稣的名赶鬼，他们向那些被邪灵附身的人说：“我奉保罗所传讲的耶稣之名，命令你们出来！”做这事的有犹太祭司长士基瓦的七个儿子。邪灵回答说：“耶稣，我认识；保罗，我也知道。但你们是谁？”被邪灵附身的人随即扑向他们，攻击他们，制服了他们，使他们赤着身子带着伤从屋里逃走了。
