They came to Capernaum. When he was in the house, he asked them,“ What were you arguing about on the road?”

Whoever receives me receives him who sent me. For whoever is least among you all, this one will be great.”

In that hour the disciples came to Jesus, saying,“ Who then is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?”Jesus called a little child to himself, and set him in the middle of them,and said,“ Most certainly I tell you, unless you turn, and become as little children, you will in no way enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.Whoever therefore humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me,

Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me.You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.For there is not a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether.

He said to him the third time,“ Simon, son of Jonah, do you have affection for me?” Peter was grieved because he asked him the third time,“ Do you have affection for me?” He said to him,“ Lord, you know everything. You know that I have affection for you.” Jesus said to him,“ Feed my sheep.

I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.

and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.

There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account.

Immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, said to them,“ Why do you reason these things in your hearts?

When they had come to Capernaum, those who collected the didrachma coins came to Peter, and said,“ Doesn’t your teacher pay the didrachma?”
