耶穌進了房子，瞎子就來到他跟前。耶穌說：「你們信我能做這事嗎？」他們說：「主啊，我們信。」

百夫長回答說：「主啊，你到我舍下，我不敢當；只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下；對這個說『去！』他就去；對那個說『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說『你做這事！』他就去做。」

有一個長大痲瘋的來求耶穌，向他跪下，說：「你若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。」耶穌動了慈心，就伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」大痲瘋即時離開他，他就潔淨了。

耶穌趕緊伸手拉住他，說：「你這小信的人哪，為甚麼疑惑呢？」

有一個迦南婦人，從那地方出來，喊着說：「主啊，大衛的子孫，可憐我！我女兒被鬼附得甚苦。」耶穌卻一言不答。門徒進前來，求他說：「這婦人在我們後頭喊叫，請打發她走吧。」耶穌說：「我奉差遣不過是到以色列家迷失的羊那裏去。」那婦人來拜他，說：「主啊，幫助我！」他回答說：「不好拿兒女的餅丟給狗吃。」婦人說：「主啊，不錯；但是狗也吃牠主人桌子上掉下來的碎渣兒。」耶穌說：「婦人，你的信心是大的！照你所要的，給你成全了吧。」從那時候，她女兒就好了。

耶穌就動了慈心，把他們的眼睛一摸，他們立刻看見，就跟從了耶穌。

主看見那寡婦，就憐憫她，對她說：「不要哭！」

有一個長大痲瘋的來拜他，說：「主若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。」

耶穌不許，卻對他說：「你回家去，到你的親屬那裏，將主為你所做的是何等大的事，是怎樣憐憫你，都告訴他們。」
