耶穌進了房子，那兩個瞎子來到祂面前。耶穌問他們：「你們相信我能做這事嗎？」他們說：「主啊，我們相信。」

百夫長說：「主啊，我不配讓你親自來我家。你只要說一句話，我僕人就會痊癒。因為我有上司，也有部下。我命令我的部下去，他就去；要他來，他就來。我吩咐僕人做什麼事，他一定照辦。」

有一次，一個患痲瘋病的人來到耶穌面前，跪下央求：「只要你肯，一定能使我潔淨。」耶穌動了慈心，就伸手摸他，說：「我肯，你潔淨了吧！」那人的痲瘋病立即消失了，他就潔淨了。

耶穌馬上伸手拉住他，說：「你信心太小了！為什麼懷疑呢？」

那地方有個迦南的婦人前來大聲懇求耶穌：「主啊！大衛的後裔啊！可憐我吧！我的女兒被鬼附身，受盡折磨！」耶穌卻一言不發。門徒上前求祂說：「請讓她走吧！她老是在後面喊叫。」耶穌說：「我奉差遣只是來尋找以色列家迷失的羊。」那婦人上前跪下，說：「主啊！求你幫幫我吧！」耶穌答道：「把兒女的食物丟給狗吃，實在說不過去。」婦人說：「主啊，沒錯，可是狗也吃主人飯桌上掉下來的碎渣呀！」耶穌說：「婦人，你的信心真大！我答應你的要求。」就在那一刻，她女兒就好了。

耶穌就動了慈心，摸他們的眼睛，他們立刻得見光明，並跟從了耶穌。

耶穌看見那寡婦，憐憫之心油然而生，就對她說：「不要哭！」

有一個患痲瘋病的人跑來跪在祂跟前，說：「主啊，如果你肯，一定能使我潔淨。」

耶穌沒有答應，只對他說：「回去見你的家人，將主為你所做的事和祂憐憫你的經過告訴他們吧！」
