And he said,“ Go, sell the oil and pay your debt; and you and your sons live on the rest.”

He who eats this bread will live forever.”

And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those sitting down; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted.So when they were filled, He said to His disciples,“ Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost.”Therefore they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten.

Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men!For He satisfies the longing soul, And fills the hungry soul with goodness.

He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

For thus says the Lord God of Israel:‘ The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth.’”So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days.The bin of flour was not used up, nor did the jar of oil run dry, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke by Elijah.
