For they were about five thousand men. He said to his disciples,“ Make them sit down in groups of about fifty each.”They did so, and made them all sit down.

He said,“ Bring them here to me.”He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass; and he took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, broke and gave the loaves to the disciples, and the disciples gave to the multitudes.

Jesus said,“ Have the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in that place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.Jesus took the loaves; and having given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were sitting down; likewise also of the fish as much as they desired.

His mother said to the servants,“ Whatever he says to you, do it.”

If I partake with thankfulness, why am I denounced for something I give thanks for?Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

However boats from Tiberias came near to the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks.

Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.

When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave it to them.

forbidding marriage and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving.For it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
