When you enter the town, you can find him before he goes up to the high place to eat. The people won’t eat until he arrives, for he must bless the sacrifice. Once that happens, those who have been invited will eat. Now go on up, for this is the time when you can find him!”

( Now about five thousand men were there.) Then he said to his disciples,“ Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each.”So they did as Jesus directed, and the people all sat down.

“ Bring them here to me,” he replied.Then he instructed the crowds to sit down on the grass. He took the five loaves and two fish, and looking up to heaven he gave thanks and broke the loaves. He gave them to the disciples, who in turn gave them to the crowds.

Jesus said,“ Have the people sit down.”( Now there was a lot of grass in that place.) So the men sat down, about five thousand in number.Then Jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed the bread to those who were seated. He then did the same with the fish, as much as they wanted.

His mother told the servants,“ Whatever he tells you, do it.”

After instructing the crowd to sit down on the ground,he took the seven loaves and the fish, and after giving thanks, he broke them and began giving them to the disciples, who then gave them to the crowds.

While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after giving thanks he broke it, gave it to his disciples, and said,“ Take, eat, this is my body.”

He gave them to his disciples to serve the people, and he divided the two fish among them all.They all ate and were satisfied,and they picked up the broken pieces and fish that were left over, twelve baskets full.Now there were five thousand men who ate the bread.

If I partake with thankfulness, why am I blamed for the food that I give thanks for?So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.

But some boats from Tiberias came to shore near the place where they had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks.

And whatever you do in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

When he had taken his place at the table with them, he took the bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them.

They will prohibit marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.For every creation of God is good and no food is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving.For it is sanctified by God’s word and by prayer.
