蓋天主之命、爾則棄之、人之習俗、爾則執之。』

You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to human traditions.”

You have let go of God’s commands. And you are holding on to teachings that people have made up.”

You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men.”

For you ignore God’s law and substitute your own tradition.”

Abandoning the command of God, you hold on to human tradition.”
