When he saw Him, the spirit immediately threw him into convulsions, and falling to the ground, he began rolling around and foaming at the mouth.And He asked his father,“ How long has this been happening to him?” And he said,“ From childhood.It has often thrown him both into the fire and into the water to kill him. But if You can do anything, take pity on us and help us!”But Jesus said to him,“ ‘ If You can?’ All things are possible for the one who believes.”

When Peter entered, Cornelius met him, and fell at his feet and worshiped him.But Peter helped him up, saying,“ Stand up; I, too, am just a man.”

I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things.And he* said to me,“ Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brothers the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God!”

But the woman, fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.
