Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

But Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea. And a great multitude from Galilee followed Him, and from Judeaand Jerusalem and Idumea and beyond the Jordan; and those from Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard how many things He was doing, came to Him.

“ Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

And He said to them,“ Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.So they departed to a deserted place in the boat by themselves.

And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them,“ Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him,“ Yes, Lord.”

“ Son of man, say to the prince of Tyre,‘ Thus says the Lord God:“ Because your heart is lifted up, And you say,‘ I am a god, I sit in the seat of gods, In the midst of the seas,’ Yet you are a man, and not a god, Though you set your heart as the heart of a god

And again He entered Capernaum after some days, and it was heard that He was in the house.

And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon as you go toward Gerar, as far as Gaza; then as you go toward Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha.

The burden against Tyre. Wail, you ships of Tarshish! For it is laid waste, So that there is no house, no harbor; From the land of Cyprus it is revealed to them.Be still, you inhabitants of the coastland, You merchants of Sidon, Whom those who cross the sea have filled.And on great waters the grain of Shihor, The harvest of the River, is her revenue; And she is a marketplace for the nations.Be ashamed, O Sidon; For the sea has spoken, The strength of the sea, saying,“ I do not labor, nor bring forth children; Neither do I rear young men, Nor bring up virgins.”

Likewise, the good works of some are clearly evident, and those that are otherwise cannot be hidden.

He will not cry out, nor raise His voice, Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street.

including Ebron, Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah, as far as Greater Sidon.And the border turned to Ramah and to the fortified city of Tyre; then the border turned to Hosah, and ended at the sea by the region of Achzib.

“ Son of man, set your face toward Sidon, and prophesy against her,and say,‘ Thus says the Lord GOD:“ Behold, I am against you, O Sidon; I will be glorified in your midst; And they shall know that I am the Lord, When I execute judgments in her and am hallowed in her.

“ Zebulun shall dwell by the haven of the sea; He shall become a haven for ships, And his border shall adjoin Sidon.

And He said,“ You will rejoice no more, O you oppressed virgin daughter of Sidon. Arise, cross over to Cyprus; There also you will have no rest.”

Canaan begot Sidon his firstborn, and Heth;
