耶稣和门徒退到湖边，有一大群人从加利利来跟随祂。还有很多人听见耶稣所做的一切，就从犹太、耶路撒冷、以土买、约旦河东，甚至泰尔和西顿一带来找祂。

祂说：“哥拉汛啊，你大祸临头了！伯赛大啊，你大祸临头了！我在你们当中所行的神迹，如果行在泰尔和西顿，那里的人早就身披麻衣，头蒙灰尘，悔改了。

耶稣对他们说：“你们私下跟我到僻静的地方去歇一会儿吧。”因为当时来来往往找他们的人实在太多，他们连吃饭的时间都没有。他们乘船悄悄地到了一处僻静的地方。

耶稣进了房子，那两个瞎子来到祂面前。耶稣问他们：“你们相信我能做这事吗？”他们说：“主啊，我们相信。”

“人子啊，你去告诉泰尔王，主耶和华这样说，“‘你心里高傲，说，我是神，我坐在海中神的宝座上。你虽然自以为像神，但事实上你不是神，不过是人。

几天后，耶稣回到迦百农。祂在家的消息一传开，

迦南的疆域从西顿向基拉耳延伸，远至迦萨，再向所多玛、蛾摩拉、押玛、洗扁延伸，远至拉沙。

以下是关于泰尔的预言：他施的船只哀号吧！因为从基提传来消息，说泰尔已被毁灭，房屋和港口都荡然无存。海边的居民，西顿的商贾啊，要静默无言。你们的商人飘洋过海，把西曷的粮食、尼罗河流域的农产都运到泰尔。泰尔成为列国的商埠。西顿啊，你要羞愧！你这海上的堡垒啊，大海否认你，说：“我没有经历过产痛，没有生过孩子，也未曾养育过儿女。”

同样，有些善行很明显，不明显的也不会被长久埋没。

祂不喧嚷，不呼喊，不在街上高声说话。

再经义伯仑、利合、哈门、加拿直到西顿大城；再转到拉玛、坚固的泰尔城，然后转到何萨和亚革悉一带，直到地中海。

“人子啊，你要说预言斥责西顿，告诉她，主耶和华这样说，“‘西顿啊，我要与你为敌，我要在你身上得到荣耀。我要审判你，彰显我的圣洁，人们就知道我是耶和华。

“西布伦必安居在海滨，成为泊船的港口，他的疆界必伸展到西顿。

祂说：“受欺压的西顿人啊，你们再也不能欢乐了！你们就是逃到基提，也得不到安宁。”

迦南生长子西顿和次子赫，
