在洁净的人，凡物都洁净；在污秽不信的人，什么都不洁净，连心地和天良也都污秽了。

就对他们说：“你们知道，犹太人和别国的人结交来往本是不合规矩的，但神已经指示我，无论什么人都不可看作污俗或不洁净的。

因为神的国不在乎饮食，而在乎公义、和平及圣灵中的喜乐。

耶稣说：“连你们也还不明白吗？

彼得却说：“主啊，绝对不可！凡污俗和不洁净的东西，我从来没有吃过。”第二次有声音再对他说：“神所洁净的，你不可当作污俗的。”这样一连三次，那东西随即收回天上去了。

这些事只不过是有关饮食和各种洁净的规矩，是属肉体的条例，它的功效是直到新次序的时期来到为止。

但是要写信吩咐他们禁戒偶像所玷污的东西、血和勒死的牲畜，禁戒淫乱。因为历代以来，摩西的书在各城都有人宣讲，每逢安息日，也在会堂里诵读。”

我说：‘主啊，绝对不可！凡污俗或不洁净的东西从来没有进过我的口。’第二次，有声音从天上回答：‘神所洁净的，你不可当作污俗的。’这样一连三次，然后一切就都收回天上去了。

毒蛇的孽种啊，你们既是恶人，怎能说出好话来呢？因为心里所充满的，口里就说出来。

你们不要被种种怪异的教训勾引了去，因为人的心靠恩典得坚固才是好的，并不是靠饮食。那在饮食上用心的，从来没有得到益处。

他们禁止嫁娶，又禁戒食物—就是神所造、让那信而明白真理的人存感谢的心领受的。神所造之物样样都是好的，若存感谢的心领受，没有一样是不可吃的，都因神的话和人的祈祷而成为圣洁了。

耶稣对他们说：“你们也是这样不明白吗？难道你们不了解，凡从外面进去的不能玷污人吗？因为不是进入他的心，而是进入他的肚子，又排入厕所。”（这是说，各样的食物都是洁净的。）耶稣又说：“从人里面出来的，那才玷污人；因为从人心里发出种种恶念，如淫乱、偷盗、凶杀、奸淫、贪婪、邪恶、诡诈、淫荡、嫉妒、毁谤、骄傲、狂妄。这一切的恶都是从里面出来，且能玷污人。”

凡市场上所卖的，你们只管吃，不要为良心的缘故问什么，
