耶穌問他說：『你名叫甚麼？』他對他說：『我名叫「軍團」，因為我們眾多。』

耶稣问他说：“你名叫什么？”回答说：“我名叫‘群’，因为我们多的缘故”；

耶稣问他：“你叫什么名字？”他说：“我名叫群，因为我们数目众多。”

耶稣问他：“你叫什么名字？”他说：“我名叫群，因为我们数目众多。”

耶稣问：“你叫什么名字？”他说：“我的名字叫‘群’，因为我们是一大群。”

耶稣问他：“你叫什么名字？”他回答：“我名叫‘群’，因为我们众多。”

耶穌問他：「你叫甚麼名字？」他說：「我名叫羣，因為我們數目眾多。」

耶穌問：「你叫什麼名字？」他說：「我的名字叫『群』，因為我們是一大群。」

遂問之曰、爾何名、對曰、軍、我儕多故也、

乃問曰、爾何名、曰、我名營、吾儕多故也、

乃問曰、爾何名、曰、我名隊、隊原文作利磯芸蓋我儕多故也、

問其名、對曰：『吾名繁有徒、以吾黨極眾故耳。』

Then Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?”“ My name is Legion,” he replied,“ for we are many.”

Then Jesus asked the demon,“ What is your name?”“ My name is Legion,” he replied.“ There are many of us.”

And Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?” He replied,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

Then Jesus demanded,“ What is your name?” And he replied,“ My name is Legion, because there are many of us inside this man.”

“ What is your name?” he asked him.“ My name is Legion,” he answered him,“ because we are many.”

And He was asking him,“ What is your name?” And he* said to Him,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

Then He asked him,“ What is your name?” And he answered, saying,“ My name is Legion; for we are many.”

And he asked him, What is thy name? And he saith unto him, My name is Legion; for we are many.

“ What is your name?” He asked him.“ My name is Legion,” he answered Him,“ because we are many.”

And he asked him, What[ is] thy name? And he answered, saying, My name[ is] Legion: for we are many.

Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?” And he said,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

He asked him,“ What is your name?” He said to him,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

耶穌問他說：『你名叫甚麼？』他說：『軍團』，因為有許多鬼進他裏面。

你想我不能求我父，而他現在不派十二團多的天使到我面前來麼？

來到耶穌那裏，見那被鬼附過的、那有過「軍團」鬼附着的、坐在那裏，穿着衣裳，神志清明，就害怕。

『強壯者披掛齊全，看守自己的院子時，他的資財就安全無事；但有一個比他強壯的突然而來、勝過他，就將他所倚靠的器械奪去，又分他的身上物了。不同着我的、就是敵我；不同我收集的、就是分散。『污靈從人裏面出來，就在無水之地過來過去，尋求安歇，卻尋不着；就說：「我要回到我所由出的屋裏去。」他來到，見已打掃乾淨，修飾齊整。便去，另外帶了七個比自己更邪惡的靈來，進去，住在那裏；那人末後的景況比先前的更壞了。』
