And he asked him, What is thy name? And he saith unto him, My name is Legion; for we are many.

耶稣问他：“你叫什么名字？”他回答：“我名叫‘群’，因为我们众多。”

耶稣问他：“你叫什么名字？”他回答说：“我名叫‘军团’，因为我们众多。”

耶穌問他說：「你名叫甚麼？」回答說：「我名叫『羣』，因為我們多的緣故」；

耶穌問他：「你叫甚麼名字？」他說：「我名叫羣，因為我們數目眾多。」

耶穌問他：「你叫甚麼名字？」他說：「我名叫羣，因為我們數目眾多。」

耶穌問：「你叫什麼名字？」他說：「我的名字叫『群』，因為我們是一大群。」

耶穌問他：“你叫甚麼名字？”他回答：“我名叫‘群’，因為我們眾多。”

耶穌問他說：『你名叫甚麼？』他對他說：『我名叫「軍團」，因為我們眾多。』

耶穌問他：「你叫什麼名字？」他回答說：「我名叫『軍團』，因為我們眾多。」

遂問之曰、爾何名、對曰、軍、我儕多故也、

乃問曰、爾何名、曰、我名營、吾儕多故也、

乃問曰、爾何名、曰、我名隊、隊原文作利磯芸蓋我儕多故也、

問其名、對曰：『吾名繁有徒、以吾黨極眾故耳。』

Then Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?”“ My name is Legion,” he replied,“ for we are many.”

Then Jesus asked the demon,“ What is your name?”“ My name is Legion,” he replied.“ There are many of us.”

And Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?” He replied,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

Then Jesus demanded,“ What is your name?” And he replied,“ My name is Legion, because there are many of us inside this man.”

“ What is your name?” he asked him.“ My name is Legion,” he answered him,“ because we are many.”

And He was asking him,“ What is your name?” And he* said to Him,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

Then He asked him,“ What is your name?” And he answered, saying,“ My name is Legion; for we are many.”

“ What is your name?” He asked him.“ My name is Legion,” he answered Him,“ because we are many.”

And he asked him, What[ is] thy name? And he answered, saying, My name[ is] Legion: for we are many.

Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?” And he said,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

He asked him,“ What is your name?” He said to him,“ My name is Legion, for we are many.”

And Jesus asked him, What is thy name? And he said, Legion; for many demons were entered into him.

Or thinkest thou that I cannot beseech my Father, and he shall even now send me more than twelve legions of angels?

And they come to Jesus, and behold him that was possessed with demons sitting, clothed and in his right mind, even him that had the legion: and they were afraid.

When the strong man fully armed guardeth his own court, his goods are in peace:but when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him his whole armor wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.The unclean spirit when he is gone out of the man, passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, and finding none, he saith, I will turn back unto my house whence I came out.And when he is come, he findeth it swept and garnished.Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more evil than himself; and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becometh worse than the first.
