But Jesus, not heeding the word spoken, saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Fear not, only believe.

耶穌不顧其所言、謂司會堂者曰、毋懼、惟信而已、

耶穌聞斯言、謂宰會堂者曰、勿懼、惟信而已、

耶穌聞所告之言、謂司會堂者曰、毋懼、惟當信、

耶穌聞言、謂會董曰：『勿懼、第信。』

Overhearing what they said, Jesus told him,“ Don’t be afraid; just believe.”

Jesus heard what they were saying. He told the synagogue leader,“ Don’t be afraid. Just believe.”

But overhearing what they said, Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue,“ Do not fear, only believe.”

But Jesus overheard them and said to Jairus,“ Don’t be afraid. Just have faith.”

When Jesus overheard what was said, he told the synagogue leader,“ Don’t be afraid. Only believe.”

But Jesus, overhearing what was being spoken,* said to the synagogue official,“ Do not be afraid, only believe.”

As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue,“ Do not be afraid; only believe.”

But when Jesus overheard what was said, He told the synagogue leader,“ Don’t be afraid. Only believe.”

As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.

But Jesus, paying no attention to what was said, told the synagogue ruler,“ Do not be afraid; just believe.”

But Jesus, when he heard the message spoken, immediately said to the ruler of the synagogue,“ Don’t be afraid, only believe.”

But Jesus hearing it, answered him, Fear not: only believe, and she shall be made whole.

And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it done unto you.

And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

Who in hope believed against hope, to the end that he might become a father of many nations, according to that which had been spoken, So shall thy seed be.And without being weakened in faith he considered his own body now as good as dead( he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb;yet, looking unto the promise of God, he wavered not through unbelief, but waxed strong through faith, giving glory to God,and being fully assured that what he had promised, he was able also to perform.Wherefore also it was reckoned unto him for righteousness.Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was reckoned unto him;but for our sake also, unto whom it shall be reckoned, who believe on him that raised Jesus our Lord from the dead,

And Jesus said unto him, If thou canst! All things are possible to him that believeth.

Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou believedst, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem: believe in Jehovah your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

Jesus therefore said unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will in no wise believe.The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die.Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. The man believed the word that Jesus spake unto him, and he went his way.

And he saith unto them, Because of your little faith: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
