And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years.

A woman was there who had a sickness that made her bleed. It had lasted for 12 years.

And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years,

‘ Now if a woman has a discharge of her blood for many days, not at the period of her menstrual impurity, or if she has a discharge beyond that period, for all the days of her impure discharge she shall continue as though in her menstrual impurity; she is unclean.Any bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge shall be to her like her bed at menstruation; and every object on which she sits shall be unclean, like her uncleanness at that time.Likewise, whoever touches them shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.

And a woman who had suffered a chronic flow of blood for twelve years, and could not be healed by anyone,came up behind Him and touched the fringe of His cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped.

And behold, a woman who had been suffering from a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind Him, and touched the border of His cloak;for she was saying to herself,“ If I only touch His cloak, I will get well.”But Jesus, turning and seeing her, said,“ Daughter, take courage; your faith has made you well.” And at once the woman was made well.

And there was a woman who for eighteen years had had a sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bent over double, and could not straighten up at all.

‘ When a woman has a discharge, if her discharge in her body is blood, she shall continue in her menstrual impurity for seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening.Everything also on which she lies during her menstrual impurity shall be unclean, and everything on which she sits shall be unclean.

Now a man was there who had been ill for thirty eight years.Jesus, upon seeing this man lying there and knowing that he had already been in that condition for a long time,* said to him,“ Do you want to get well?”

There he found a man named Aeneas who had been bedridden for eight years, because he was paralyzed.Peter said to him,“ Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you; get up and make your own bed.” Immediately he got up.

for the man on whom this miracle of healing had been performed was more than forty years old.
