Only fear the Lord, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.

But He said to them,“ Where is your faith?” And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another,“ Who can this be? For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him!”

And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.

Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested.”

When I said,‘ This far you may come, but no farther, And here your proud waves must stop!’

But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.

So Samuel called to the Lord, and the Lord sent thunder and rain that day; and all the people greatly feared the Lord and Samuel.And all the people said to Samuel,“ Pray for your servants to the Lord your God, that we may not die; for we have added to all our sins the evil of asking a king for ourselves.”Then Samuel said to the people,“ Do not fear. You have done all this wickedness; yet do not turn aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart.

“ My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that he might fear Me; So he feared Me And was reverent before My name.

So they picked up Jonah and threw him into the sea, and the sea ceased from its raging.Then the men feared the Lord exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice to the Lord and took vows.

So he said to them,“ I am a Hebrew; and I fear the Lord, the God of heaven, who made the sea and the dry land.”Then the men were exceedingly afraid, and said to him,“ Why have you done this?” For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the Lord, because he had told them.

And they were astonished beyond measure, saying,“ He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak.”

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

Then they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying,“ What a word this is! For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.”
