Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him,“ Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。

因我们的大祭司并非不能体恤我们的软弱。他也曾凡事受过试探，与我们一样，只是他没有犯罪。

耶和华啊，有这些事，你还忍得住吗？你仍静默使我们深受苦难吗？

你若殷勤地寻求神，向全能者恳求；你若清洁正直，他必定为你起来，使你公义的居所兴旺。

难道主要永远丢弃我，不再施恩吗？难道他的慈爱永远穷尽，他的应许世世废弃吗？难道神忘记开恩，因发怒就止住他的慈悲吗？细拉我便说：“这是我的懦弱，但我要追念至高者显出右手之年代。”

到了正午，以利亚嬉笑他们，说：“大声求告吧！因为他是神，他或默想，或走到一边，或行路，或睡觉，你们当叫醒他。”他们大声求告，按着他们的规矩，用刀枪自割、自刺，直到身体流血。从午后直到献晚祭的时候，他们狂呼乱叫，却没有声音，没有应允的，也没有理会的。

耶和华召你，如召被离弃心中忧伤的妻，就是幼年所娶被弃的妻。这是你神所说的。我离弃你不过片时，却要施大恩将你收回。我的怒气涨溢，顷刻之间向你掩面，却要以永远的慈爱怜恤你。这是耶和华你的救赎主说的。

耶和华啊，你为什么站在远处？在患难的时候为什么隐藏？恶人在骄横中把困苦人追得火急；愿他们陷在自己所设的计谋里。

门徒来叫醒了他，说：“主啊，救我们，我们丧命啦！”

雅各啊，你为何说，“我的道路向耶和华隐藏？”以色列啊，你为何言：“我的冤屈神并不查问？”你岂不曾知道吗？你岂不曾听见吗？永在的神耶和华，创造地极的主，并不疲乏，也不困倦；他的智慧无法测度。

锡安说：“耶和华离弃了我；主忘记了我。”妇人焉能忘记她吃奶的婴孩，不怜恤她所生的儿子？即或有忘记的，我却不忘记你。看哪，我将你铭刻在我掌上；你的墙垣常在我眼前。

求你从天上垂顾，从你圣洁荣耀的居所观看。你的热心和你大能的作为在哪里呢？你爱慕的心肠和怜悯向我们止住了。

耶和华的膀臂啊，兴起！兴起！以能力为衣穿上，像古时的年日、上古的世代兴起一样。从前砍碎拉哈伯、刺透大鱼的，不是你吗？使海与深渊的水干涸、使海的深处变为赎民经过之路的，不是你吗？

主啊，求你睡醒，为何尽睡呢？求你兴起，不要永远丢弃我们！你为何掩面，不顾我们所遭的苦难和所受的欺压？

所以，他凡事该与他的弟兄相同，为要在神的事上成为慈悲忠信的大祭司，为百姓的罪献上挽回祭。

我的神，我的神！为什么离弃我？为什么远离不救我？不听我唉哼的言语？我的神啊，我白日呼求，你不应允，夜间呼求，并不住声。

门徒来叫醒了他，说：“夫子！夫子！我们丧命啦！”耶稣醒了，斥责那狂风大浪；风浪就止住，平静了。

在那里有雅各井；耶稣因走路困乏，就坐在井旁。那时约有午正。

我哀号求救；他使我的祷告不得上达。
